Just wanted to update:

My withdraw last Friday did end up taking longer than I hoped initially, but I was wrong about them not being available all weekend.  Betchain does in fact process withdraws 7 days a week but last weekend they were backed up apparently.  They certainly went above and beyond to make up for it and also make sure that I would be returning a happy player by offering a generous bonus as compensation:)

I made another withdraw request earlier today which appeared in my wallet within 10 minutes...thanks Betchain!
