We've just activated the mobile versions of our casino games. Been testing these and they are working really well. I'd love to hear your feedback. At the moment they are in the games section - http://www.betchain.com/games but we will be adding a mobile only section. And next week there will be an autodetect based on device. Hi All
We know withdrawals have been an issue for us in the past.
The free bonus money created a lot of problems for us with withdrawals since people were registering multiple account.
We'd like to know what you think here.
Someone registers an account and plays the free money and wins and withdraws.
Our terms say only one account per person but the system shows tens of accounts from the same IP.
We speak to the person an they say they only have one account.
So what do you think we should do here?
Appreciate your help as we try and improve.

How were the mobile games for you guys?
