Finally found this thread
First off I want to say that the experience I have had with BetChain has been positive, and that they(Brian as far as I can tell) went out of their way to help.
I joined up in January after receiving a 10mbtc gift I believe, played with it and lost, but it was fun. So when I had some spare mbtc around I deposited 100mbtc and made it up to around 300mbtc, which I promptly lost. I understand gambling, so winning as much as I did should have made me stop, but I was having fun.
Next up another bonus was announced and I deposited 0.1btc and was given another 0.1btc as a bonus. I played and got up a little and went down a little, but eventually went down to around 0.13btc and decided to cash out as I needed to buy some litecoins with it(big market movements at that time)- China Hlobi LTC exchange launch
The next time a bonus was given I deposited .3btc and was given 0.15btc. Total was 0.45btc which I promptly played with, got to around .3btc and decided I should call it quits.
Now unknown to me a wagering system had been implemented, which then, because I had used up only the bonus portion of the deposit, disallowed me to withdraw the remaining btc I had. Initially I was perplexed and contacted BetChain who explained the wagering system. I understood what that meant and realised I was in the wrong - I still asked with hat in hand if they could allow me to withdraw the remainder and they agreed to do it even though they didn't need to.
So yeah, long story short, big ups to Betchain for allowing me to play with their bonus and still refund my initial deposit. If I had more BTC I would play more, but its all tied up in LTC at the moment.
