I had been playing betchain for more or less month. I made a few deposits and also a couple withdrawals. Last night i deposited .1 BTC and about 45 minutes later i went to cash out. This was roughly 1 AM last night. My withdrawal has been pending for like 13 hours and i havent heard anything back from the customer service. I understand a lag to make sure enough confirmations verify my deposit, but their entire marketing strategy is based on quick(instant) transactions. Can i have a representative please contact me about my pending withdrawal?
Edit: now purusing this thread i see that betchain has a lot of longer than expected cashout times, which kind of defeats the purpose of playing in a bitcoin only casino. Its a shame...i do really like betchain, and they have great promos, all my favorite games, the lowest microstakes, and a great interface. But there competitors cash me out in like 15 minutes :-/

That is very bad. Someone must bring this situation to an accusation, i have registered on betchain but not yet playing just curious on what happened to you. |

That is very bad. Someone must bring this situation to an accusation, i have registered on betchain but not yet playing just curious on what happened to you. Finally i got it. I think it tooks around 50 hours though.thursday night i request first and get it sunday early morning |

Honestly, I have had many doubts with gambling sites within the bitcoin community due to negative experiences in the past.. That is, until I stumbles upon betchain. The slots, oh boy, don't get me started! Lol. Yeah, 100+ or so slot games to play from is defiantly my cup of tea.
