What exactly does the following mean:

Block 600,000+: 10,000 EduCoin *after 101,000,000 mined, 1% per year coins generated at 10,000 EduCoin

Could somebody explain me what exactly happens when 101,000,000,000 are mined?

Thanks!

Found this at r/bitcoin: http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/21ejkh/scam_exchange_cryptorush_implodes_with_epic_drama/

And bitcointalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=529779.0

Doesn't look good for Cryptorush.

We need a host site where students can post their profiles and goals ect.. for crowd funding. It would have to be non-profit so the students get the full contribution and structured so the contributors are benefactors rather than "investors". It will be named "Great Expectations".

Ive always like the idea behind this .org http://www.kiva.org
First news article I found when searched:
http://www.timesdispatch.com/workitrichmond/news/kiva-zip-loan-program-has-lent-k-since-launch/article_a0139640-b3a5-11e3-94b3-001a4bcf6878.html

This same concept can be applied to anything...

"We are a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world. Learn more about how it works.

Since Kiva was founded in 2005:

1,140,230 Kiva lenders
$547,523,700in loans
98.94% Repayment rate
We work with:

242 Field Partners
450 volunteers around the world
73 different countries......"

$25 is a bit steep for most people, using cryptocurrency one could donate any amount no matter how small. In mass this could have a huge effect on the total amount a system such as this could generate.

Thats true, But Kivas website, program, business model is a complete map of how to set up a successful program. What there doing can be applied to an EDU program...providing donations to educational programs/students or micro loans to the same...all done using EDUcoins rather then cash. (this could lead to an online educational materials website)

Again this is just and example/idea (also a successful map) that could be used to build a like program for EDUcoin

BLOCK REWARDS
•   Block 1-100,000: 1-1,000,000 EduCoin
•   Block 100,001-200,000: 1-500,000 EduCoin
•   Block 200,001-300,000: 1-250,000 EduCoin
•   Block 300,001-400,000: 1-125,000 EduCoin
•   Block 400,001-500,000: 1-62,500 EduCoin
•   Block 500,001-600,000: 1-31,250 EduCoin
•   Block 600,000+: 10,000 EduCoin *after 101,000,000 mined, 1% per year coins generated at 10,000 EduCoin

So what exactly is a block rewards. seems run out of coins on the first 100,000 block?
100,000 x 1,000,000=100,000,000,000(total 101,000,000)

can someone help me with my wallet, after opening it stays blank and says educoin wallet not responding. also tried to re-install the wallet without success.
yesterday I had an power down in my house so maybe it has something to do with that.

please some help I have a lot of coins in my wallet and I don't wanna lose them!!

I am so disappointed to see no one responding to the last 4 other requests in this thread to help them get their wallets going. Are you all that busy or too self centered to care about helping your community. You have people that are trying to be apart of this growing and potentially amazing addition to the education industry and you shoot them in the foot by leaving them in silence.

I was one of the very first adopters to this coin and I have had the same issues with my wallet. I've tried opening the old wallet that worked perfectly fine on my laptop and it completely locks up after loading index and goes blank. I redownloaded the wallet to my miner rig and it's loading up but just not syncing. I've moved my .conf file to the roaming folder and nothing is still working.

If you seriously can't take two minutes to help people if you have the knowledge to do so, it shows the community is weak and will not last when you have to train "noobs" to come on and be apart of this revolution. Lets get someone to answer these wallet issues, I know there have been more than just the 4 issues in this thread.

Well, if we don't know what's the issue and, thus, don't know how to fix it, why is it wrong to stay in silence?  Huh
