The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Wow I can't believe this is happening! Market is starting to move at https://nxt-e.com/default.aspx?m=16 and we already rose from 20 to 100 satoshis! Lots of services and exciting things coming in the future!

Trying to build from source, other coins are make-ing fine:

make -f makefile.unix USE_UPNP=-

obj/util.o:(.rodata._ZTCN5boost10filesystem14basic_ifstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcEEE0_St14basi c_ifstreamIcS3_E[vtable for boost::filesystem::basic_ifstream<char, std::char_traits<char> >]+0x20): undefined reference to `virtual thunk to std::basic_ifstream<char, std::char_traits<char> >::~basic_ifstream()'
obj/util.o:(.rodata._ZTCN5boost10filesystem14basic_ifstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcEEE0_St14basi c_ifstreamIcS3_E[vtable for boost::filesystem::basic_ifstream<char, std::char_traits<char> >]+0x24): undefined reference to `virtual thunk to std::basic_ifstream<char, std::char_traits<char> >::~basic_ifstream()'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [piggycoind] Error 1

delete all files from piggycoin/src/obj/

re-compile with the following command (note the missing -)

make -f makefile.unix USE_UPNP=

This worked thanks.

Maybe it's a good idea to get de-listed from Nxt-e.

This coin does not have a value - and needs to stay that way - having Nxt-e tell us it's 71 satoshi, is just a lie!

The coin has a worth of far greater than that - so we don't need a small bit exchange to make the coin suffer.

So lets all vote for a de-list from all exchanges.

This is a phase that almost every coin has to pass.
Delisting from nxt-e does not solves anything. You can't say that the coin worth much than 71 satoshi, as long as the demand is at 71 satoshi it worths 71 satoshi.
Not an exchange sets the value of a coin but the demand

It was agreed on the IRC chan - freenode #piggy

That the listing on NXT-e will be reassessed this time next week [see post timestamp].

If we're still represented badly by that exchange, we will delist.

If we were able to grow volume and price - we will stay.

Not quite - though I agree mostly - at this early stage, miners set the price - not markets.

It costs a miner his ROI and power to mine a coin - if NXT-e tells a miner that he wont get his power costs back, then its not the right price. The miners should set the price for a young coin - This coin rush into an exchange before the miners were able to set the precedence on its price.

usually the demand on the forum, is higher than when a coin hit an exchange, imho it's not good to hit an exchange so fast...

Well of course miners set the price. Right now miners are setting the price at 51-71 satoshi if they are selling at that price. Probably for you and for me mining with 1-2 amd cards it is not rentable to mine piggy right now but those with botnets with free minning power can sell at this price. We just have to wait dumpers to move on a new coin, meanwhile trying to get listed on an older exchange  so we can be added to coinmarketcap. Once we are there coin will get lots of exposure and will grow based on its potential

Cryptsy will take some time for sure. For coinmarketcap thus mintpal, poloniex and cryptorush are good too.

Did you look at Swisscex or Mintpal? Those two are not too large and famous exchanges but still stable and known.

I added a topic on swisscex help section, I feel like we have a shot at being listed in there https://swisscex.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/1000010982
