Anyone have any ideas as to why the difficulty is going down (aka fewer people mining)?  I'm not complaining because it means more for me, just kinda currious, is it because more of the standard scrypt coins are becoming profitable again (maybe people going back to profit switching pools?)?

Also a ton of sell orders on the exchanges.  No buys... sigh

That's why working with merchants would be more benefitial at this point than adding EXE to another exchange.

EXECoin needs some buy support, else the hashrate is just going to keep dropping.  We don't need merchants, we need speculators.

Any ideas as to while the difficulty has dropped from 15 to under 4 ?

And on top of that how is the price staying stable with this apparent lack of interest from miners ( could be the dumpers have moved on to
whitecoin and fluttercoin for now ?)
May be dead,we should go away!
May be you are right Undecided

Speculation tends to lead to the early value (which can influence the value of the coin later, often just by influencing the public perception), while the coin's liquidity tends to influence its value to the consumer.

I do not know if you all notice but there is a large interest in this coin. The price is not what you should worry about. You should try to scoop up as many of these coins now.
Soon we will have altoutlets.com accepting this coin along with coinpayments which will open up pretty much any retailer including my crowdfunding site to accept Execoin.

Honestly I want you all here in on this but you know that there is no hard feelings if not. I have been into crypto for a while and know something good when I see it. I especially know it is good when I drive the Image of the coin. I will not stop. Forums, crowdfunding, and there is a special charity site coming soon as well. The domain is live but the site needs some outfitting.

I think we will ride alongside of Vertcoin nicely if not better...do your part and vote...be the factor behind the coin that makes it and not breaks it. If you don't want your coins - please - sell them to me at .02 USD

Anybody else believes that Execoin needs to be added to few more markets rather than get some merchants' support?

Please speak up, we need to know what community thinks.
Only this way we can combine our efforts and push it to a next level.

I think, perhaps, merchant support?  Cryptsy can theoretically provide plenty of volume right now, increasing the consumer base would probably be the best thing at the moment.

Cryptsy ?

What exactly do you expect merchants to do with the coins they receive?  Tank the price to 0?

I mean that cryptsy is capable of scaling up easily (access to a large number of markets and many users (who often do lower the price of new arrivals because of the often large initial sell volume)).  I believe that we need more merchants to accept execoin to increase the number of 'average joes' involved (more people who don't necessarily mine, but rather use execoin like cash or a credit/debit card) for everyday purchases.  This will lead to larger buy volumes (we may have merchants selling to convert to cash; but if more people keep buying, that can be overcome).  I will admit this is a bit more of a long term goal.

That is a massive but, don't you think?

Don't get me wrong, I am holding a large chunk of EXECoin right now from when I was solo-mining (I have around .5% of all coins currently in existence), and I have faith in this coin's fundamentals.  But, I don't think early merchant support is the great thing that many people think it is.

You said a mouthful Grin, poloniex and cryptsy maybe delist EXE soon.
Lol, I highly doubt that.  I see EXECoin as better positioned then Vertcoin coming into the scypt ASIC era.  And nscrypt seems likely to stick around for a while (GPU miners will like what is familiar).

The point I have been trying to make, is that purchase depth leading to higher hashing power is probably more important then anything for this coin right now.  Merchant support and etc doesn't win the hearts that are the core of any successful coin - the mining community.  The falling price doesn't concern me.  The falling network hashrate (linked to a lack of buy support on markets), does slightly.

Oh well... overall, nscrypt coins are worth at least a few months hold.  Low diff just means more coins for the collectors.

Was not aware of the possible delist, that could prove interesting.

Because there is no possible delist lol...  wcuz originally posted only "You said a mouthful Grin."  And then edited his post to add some non-sense rambling.
