Asics tests. Look at vertcoin hashrate ... Asics will not kill exe. Is already dead. Maybe, they will help... It is the end, of easy to mine exe coins with gpu's. Now is asic miners decision: it is a end of execoin? or just the end of cheap execoin... |

I think that everyone noticed what is going on on main EXEcoin pool. Here is something I wrote on KNC forum to the man who started to mine Execoin with KNC miner. So don't worry ASICS will not stay here long  @Marsjell I tracked you down because I noticed your nick on Execoin pool mining n-scrypt. I just know that KNC made it happen regarding mining something else than scrypt when I noticed your power. But here is one thing very interesting you should consider about the thing you are doing on Execoin. Before you entered there I was mining near the same value of EXE coins you are mining now with just 5 280X cards. You put diff so high that you are just wasting that power. Talking about your profitability, it could be more profitable for you to rent few GPU cards from the profit earned using KNC miner, mining something else. What will happen eventually is the fact that you will realize that those type of coins are not profitable to mine with huge power, you will leave that coin, then you will come back in few days and notice someone mined at low diff much, much more than you could with your KNC miner with just one old card.

BTW, mining & selling execoin, at this price, is not profitable, it's sure, but the price can change .It's impossible, to by 18 000 000 of execoins, for 10 000 $. But it's last chance, to mine it, 2,5 % deflation - week .... BTW official pool is going down soon... |

Agree, amazing someone on that forum wrote me this You just figured out how difficulty works, you should probably win the nobel prize 2015 I won't bother commenting this. I will only say here that I m glad that I decided not to buy KNC scrypt miners or any others because I calculated that at the time I receive them they will worth nothing. I m just amazed how all of them are feeling lost and devastated right now on KNC forum after investing such money in the equipment. They are mining lot of dead coins right now because nothing is profitable for them. I don't want to say anything offensive to the Execoin or to this community but come on mining Execoin with 100 MH/s scrypt ASIC is enough prove to your statement that only winner in this story is KNC. |

With the specs this coin has, it could have a bright future, but nothing is going on development wise, official pool will close soon, dev has not been active for quite a while. Explorer is still down. Meanwhile the shittiest coins get pumped and exe is so cheap it's not even funny even more. Selling at such rates doesn't make sense, buying is a gamble, but it could reap huge profit. |

Have same idea. Specification of this coin is great. Not only, about coin emmission, but (you can laugh now), it can be still asic proof (We will see it, next TimeStamp: 1438295269; Date and Time: 30 Jul 2015 18:27; N: 4096; ). And it's very fast coin... I agree, it can explode. But possibilities is nothing, only great wishes... I don't thing, exe need developping at this moment. Now, exe need investors, whise investors. BTW im buying, but very low, & very wise (like You, others wise execoinholders ). Dont' worry, about lack of pool. Pools costs, DDOS protection, costs.. Wise people, don't needs pools for mining..... Price will go up, pools will appear. Price go down, coin RIP... Cryptos world is a risky business... CBGR P.S. I feel some kind of Satoshi spirit, behind the developpment of this coin .... Majsta - I'ts nice, to watch KNC miners, "wasting" they 10 000 $ hashpower, for earning 4$ daily in execoins... I can pay them 4$ weekly, i can afford it . |
