Thanks for your perseverance, SpartanCoin.
C-cex is once again threatening to deslist SPN. Is it worth the fight at this time?

Might be a bit late to the party but MintPal took a huge hit. Not looking good there.

Just as an FYI to everyone, I asked c-cex what kind of trading volume would convince them to keep SPN listed on their exchange, and this was their reply: "1 BTC/day will be a good reason to keep it." So, unless anyone has a few spare BTC laying around, it looks like we're probably going to lose our listing on c-cex.

We have a block explorer ready. I know a lot of you have been asking for a while now to check paper wallet balances. I will be assigning a domain name to it but you can see it hereiOS is still being worked on. Appreciate the messages with interested individuals. I will shoot emails out when testing will begin.

I feel like its not worth the price that would be put on your head for doing something like this. Out of 70,000 users... I am sure one is crazy enough to hunt you down. It's not worth it.

I too am curious how the iphone/android development has progressed.
Also, the wallet download is difficult to find on the spartan coin website. A download tab would be nice.
I'd like to see new exchanges breathe life into Spartan, it's a cool coin: better than Doge!

Hey Spartans... sorry for the lack of posting. I have had to work on some other projects for my regular job. The editing of the Spartanglory site is tedious to say the least.
To give everyone an idea of what I am working on and the direction I am taking this. Spartanglory is in 4 parts.
Part 2 is social crowdfunding to bring awareness to anything and everyone. You all have seen it with thunderclap. Its not new but something I see as a great benefit. Part 3 is financial crowdfunding again to bring awareness to anything and everyone. Its designed to encourage people to pursue their dreams and use SpartanGlory as a way to help them get there. Sports, Music, Dance, Arts etc... you name... if there is a competition for it... this is the place. Part 4 is a storefront for spartanglory gear. (this one I wil hold onto as it will integrate into part 3 but I need to get that down before I share that)
and Part 1... ties all 3 parts into one interface on the main site. This isnt a simple webpage... its a very large project.
The mobile apps... I would like them completed as well... was waiting on dev to finish iOS version and get some testing going. Haven't heard from the dev in a few days but will get to everyone it asap. Once those are done I will be integrating this coin social project into the apps... which should allow sending of coins across all social networks without tipping bots.
PoS is on the horizon. My android guy has been looking at PoS for the mobile market and few other coins have said they will have it if not already. We may set the social project back in priority if this comes to fruition. As PoS is ultimately our last step.

Hey all, As much as I want to continue running the pool, I am unable to really work on it like I need too. I'm too busy streaming on hitbox.tv/Freenhult doing Minecraft/Factorio right now. Its just more rewarding to me. I will be closing the pool down completely on Saturday, so please withdraw your balance. I can not be held responsible for your assets past that date, so that is why you are getting this email. I will post in BTC and also set this to status/front page. Thank you all so much for mining here and giving me your business. I will continue to HOLD the SPN that I have collected in fees as to not drop the price, Arrooo! I can give details to anyone who wants to set this up in NOMP/MPOS, I don't have a problem with that. I was hosting through DigitialOcean, servers are pretty cheap. However $25/Mo really adds up over time I need to cut spending to buy a house!

For the mean time guys, please mine out of your wallets if you have your own miners. I think I -was- the only pool as right now all transactions have stopped. I am currently mining off my wallet to move the transactions along. Again, I can explain how to setup mining to your own computer if you want to take the time, just let me know.

No worries Mate, saving up to buy a house is understandably important. I would like to mine from my wallet but I don't know how too. What do I need to do?...

As long as you own your ASIC and its in the same house as your wallet computer you can mine. If you have Windows 7, follow these instructions. WinXP you can do the same way, just use the RUN function to put in the command. Start Button; In search bar type %appdata% and hit enter. Go to the Spartancoin folder and make sure it has Spartancoin.conf, if it doesn't then you'll need to make one. Make sure its not a .txt or .doc file, it needs to be .conf. Inside you'll want it to have the following information: rpcuser=username rpcpassword=password rpcallowip=192.168.1.* maxconnection=100 rpcport=55883 addnode=54.186.130.102 addnode=54.186.26.226 addnode=54.186.126.94 addnode=54.186.242.36 addnode=54.186.245.111 addnode=54.186.245.94 server=1 daemon=1 listen=1 The big thing here is that you have the rpcallow set to your local network. You can check this by running cmd in the run bar and doing ipconfig /all in it if you're not savvy. One of the network adapters should have a 192.x.x.x type address. My linksys uses 192.168.1.x so I've used * at the end as a wildcard; it will anything in on my domain. Save this file, close it and then restart the spartancoin wallet (Or start it) Once it loads, point your ASIC to your personal computer that is running the wallet. You want to use the user/pass you put into the .conf file if it asks for one; and don't forget to use the port! IE: Address to mine too : 192.168.1.101:55883 Your username : username Your password (Don't leave this blank!) : password Etc, etc. That should let you mine on your network as long as your wallet/asic are on at the same time.

What's going on with mining right now? It looks like there have been no blocks found for a little over a day. It also looks like the diff is on the high side, considering. Was someone mining with a lot of hash and then suddenly stopped?

My wallet hasn't been syncing for last 30hrs. Also could someone post a screen shot or text how cg miner script should look like for solo mining.
