Anytime i want to withdraw BTC from Vircurex, i get an error that tells me the wallet is offline. Is there any problem with it?

I had a problem just now as well, 0.13 BTC is stuck, show as a redraw but there is no tx id.

Hope things will be fixed soon :/

Is LTC still stuck there as well (I can't test because I already pulled everything out)?  If so that would be 8 or 9 straight days of no LTC in the hot wallet and now BTC is empty?  Not a good sign.  Anyone try sending a PM Kumala, I didn't have any luck with the support email last week.

I have send both PM and email, no answer...  getting pretty tired of loosing bitcoins :/

We haven't seen other people reporting not receiving BTC, so your problem is hopefully an isolated incident, which should be easy to solve. If the exchange keeps a record of withdrawal activities, cryptos can't be lost. They are either in the sender's wallet or in the receiver's.

I hope you are right. I will post here if I have any updates on the issue.

Vircurex dead?

On 16-3-2014 i did a transferal of 42979.92365352 FTC to my vircurex account.

Although vircurex always served my needs before, now something seems dead wrong.

When i log into vircurex the transactions is stuck on 2/6 confirmations. However my FTC client tells me it has already been confirmed with loads of confirmations.

After sending an email to the servicedesk e-mail address; no response.

When trying to add skype account; no response.

When directly PM'ing the topic starter and owner of Vircurex; no response.

It is now four days later and still no response.

Is this a joke? Why not hire someone to respond to support requests or dismantle the service altogether.

Please fix this asap or just return my feathercoins.

Kumala has been absent for this amount of time in the past.  I will try to withdraw 10,000 dogecoins now and report back if it was successful or not.
...
Ok, just withdrew a little over 10,000 Dogecoins transaction ID: 9e801e389cf70a22457c39ffbcab8833d7c3eda28718410b336dcb8c2cbdb566
and it went through immediately.  Seems like the Vicurex system is not dead.  Yes, this is a small amount and a different coin, but don't jump to conclusions too quickly.  Maybe He's just on holiday.

I'm not touching my account until I hear word it's clear.
Vircurex is by far my favorite exchange, but as time goes on they feel like more of a risk.

I agree, until yesterday I never had one single problem with Vircurex - I have even recommended Vircurex to a bunch of people.
I still hope to have my issued solved. Nevertheless it is very disturbing that there is no support from Vircurex.

I have 0.13876885 BTC stuck - the amount was to pay for my miners electric bill.
GPU's are not free to run 24/7 where I live.

Has anyone had any news or communication from Vircurex about withdrawals?

I can't withdraw LTC or BTC and no answer from Kumala, although it has been less than 24 hours since I PMed him.

I've just noticed that vircurex have really (really) deactivated any to any trading. Now it's all to or from BTC, with LTC coming.

That pretty much kills my arb bot. I'll miss it, but it's been a good run.

Kumala said those trading pairs didn't generate enough revenue to pay for the resources they hogged for Vircurex.

btw one thing that might be regarded as a feature of vicurex, in a twisted sort of way, is that one can't withdraw fiats from Vircurex . It means  that there is no way  for a thief to break into the fund transfer part of the system and directly transfer fiat funds away.  (Personal account can still be broken into and had the fiat balance exchanged to BTC and transfered away )

I've had a BTC withdrawal that got stuck; however a second transfer I sent within minutes (before I noticed the problem) went through okay.

Have e-mailed support on Wednesday, and have e-mailed again tonight to ask if they can cancel the withdrawal and I'll trade through another coin.

And the layout is messed up completely in most browsers.
"position:relative;" isn't a very good idea for the Highcharts container.
