I can only say Kumala is getting this all wrong:

- poor communication: wrong move
- privilege the first leaving the exchange: wrong
- distribute remaining coins unequally: wrong
- freeze 2014 people's account for something happened to may 2013 customers' account: wrong

What could Kumala do to rivitalise Vircurex.com?

- a restyling of the website
- a LTC <-> frozenLTC exchange, similar to bitcoinbuilder, allowing people to withdraw immediately
- include much more coins, with the pay-per-vote system
- redistribute new coins fairly, like poloniex is doing

I know some purists here can see as wrong to accept scam on-board, but better to have scam on-board then be a scam!

Kumala, wake up! And don't fly to Japan...

vircurex was running on negative NAV so you forget one thing: he absolutely needs to raise fresh new capital, part of which must be used for refunding a good portion of the frozen funds.

I hope Kumala bought some btc and ltc back at cheap prices, this might help refund the frozen coins.

I sent 2 e-mails about 10 days ago, then again same e-mails about 5 days ago. Still no answer, dead like a rock.
It support working on this exchange? Looks like admin of this exchange is completely unreliable and untrustworthy person now. Or maybe I can get comment on this?

BTW my questions to support were just about API, not about recent problems.

I have tried to get a reply from customer "service" since the 3/19 - no answer.

I don't know what the heck kumala is doing, maybe he run away with the loot and left the exchange on autopilot. to quote again:

Quote
- poor communication: wrong move
- privilege the first leaving the exchange: wrong
- distribute remaining coins unequally: wrong
- freeze 2014 people's account for something happened to may 2013 customers' account: wrong

What could Kumala do to rivitalise Vircurex.com?

here's what he should do in my opinion:

- raise fresh new capital, 1000 btc minimum to bring back the NAV > 0 (all coming from his pockets or from new partners/investors)
- disclose his identity, open a twitter account, launch a better support via skype
- unfreeze at least 50% of the coins unlawfully held, to be distributed in a fairly manner
- propose an incentive to trading for the depositors with frozen coins (half commission, or no commission at all, so they stick around and generate volume)
- stick to a full reserve, to be audited regularly
- include more coins, at least the top 15 as per market cap
- open an LTC market (for the likes as dogecoin, redd, tips, devcoin and so on)
- add the pay-per-vote system
- add trading vs USD and EUR

I believe this could restore confidence and bring back the daily turnover to at least 100 btc per day minimum.

Kumala, are you reading??

Kumala is on "vacation", with the coins that he stole. Or should I say "He hacked his own site to run with the money"

The support is dead. No adding back on skype as well as no answering any email. BTC still frozen and no explanations. Vircurex scam is obvious.

I forgot: move to HK or singapore or somewhere else but away from China (apparently vircurex is based in Bejing) and add also Yuan trading (just like btc-e did two days ago).

Just got an email from support, coins sent, and they're showing in the destination. I'm very slightly in shock!

You are all lucky guys!!!!

I have a new message on my homepage on Vircurex:

Frozen funds
Your account has frozen funds (the reason why you might not see all your coins in the balances). Please read this announcement about the details.

I had 0.57BTC; I think he's doing a lot better for BTC than LTC right now, alas.

Edit: Should add, this was in a stuck withdrawal (so was neither frozen nor sent). I suspect frozen funds will be stuck through to late this month....

My stuck transaction of 11k DGC got released as well. Just received the coins. Made a huge loss on the ltc/dgc price but it's better than nothing.
