Hey everyone, please keep in mind that our four official themed pools are STILL UP, with 0% fees
http://deusex.cryptocredits.org/ - 0% fees - Set donation fee if you want to contribute extra
http://dredd.cryptocredits.org/ - 0% fees - Set donation fee if you want to contribute extra
http://batmanbeyond.cryptocredits.org/ - 0% fees - Set donation fee if you want to contribute extra
http://masseffect.cryptocredits.org/ - 0% fees - Set donation fee if you want to contribute extra

why not put some fee's? these are the dev fund right? i mean we need development for the coin to survive. No development = game over.

What plans do you  have next for the coin and how much do you need to raise to get started with it?

We're going to put some fees when the net hash gets a bit higher, we're trying to give people incentive to start mining.

Next dev plans, in order of importance (feel free to critique)
Android Wallet
Credits Casino
Improving the Marketplace

It's hard to tell how much we need to raise to get started, really anything will help.

There are a lot of ideas that we are still pondering here, you guys think that any of these could potentially build interest?
http://www.coinboards.org/thread-list-of-open-source-bitcoin-projects

I personally think the casino is more important than the android wallet. But it might be because I've never used an androind wallet before. Is there any way I can donate credits directly to you guys btw?

Yeah me too. And i find more important to improve the marketplace than the android wallet too.

Big up Dev, you are doing a very good job. Keep going !

Peace

Yeah I must agree with you two guys as I wouldn't call an Android wallet a "gimmick"; but I see it as something that people think is cool but just won't really ever use.  As opposed to a gambling site of sorts, which I have no doubt that people would put to good use.  Thanks for the input, we'll get right on track with developing that.

Anyone want to make a Credits poker site for ¤20 000?

https://github.com/hippich/Bitcoin-Poker-Room

PM me or post if you're interested and I'll make a droplet.

Bumping to get this more exposure, I'll also throw in what I can to this.

This coin moves exceptionally fast on the networks.  I'm generally concerned about network speed since cumbersome transactions are the bane of Bitcoin et al, especially with regards to trading.  Good job Devs!

Btw I've been donating on Bamboocredits, does the donation percentage there go straight to the coin?

Egoista - you want ¤20k to set up a DO droplet with that code running? If not, what do you want ¤20k for? Explain what you want to get paid for. If that is investing and not donations, what would investors get? I am willing to part with ¤20k if I like the idea or outcome.

dnaanders, I really recommend donating a few BTC to the Mintpal voting page for your coin.

It will put your coin at the top of the vote list, and then it will be added to the website.

The coin will become so much more popular, I guarantee it!

If you can provide the faucet itself, we will no doubt fund it.

Believe me, if I had a couple of BTC I would have done that for multiple sites already haha!

PLEASE HELP:

12 connections and my wallet is not still sync after nonstop RUNNING. I am still like 3k block behind!! Do anyone know what can i do or what is wrong? I have all adnodes what are avaible. My theory is if mining or syncing another BTC wallet and others can possibly slow down it, but i doubt, cause other wallets are nonstop running and they are ok.

yes lets do this....

let's get some development going,,.... we should find a way to reward those donating for projets.........if the poker room took 5% FEES and these were given back to the people paying with donations for this you would see some more people giving for development.

WHY ARE PEOPLE MINING ANYWHERE EXCEPT THE DEV POOLS?Huh  we need funds for development

The dev pools just dont have the numbers to be worth while. For now donations may work better in their favor. Could someone link the faucet and I will fill it up?

wth is the deal with the block reward it aint in the OP

Sorry, with the fork all the old block reward information was deleted, and I guess the new one wasn't put in.

Here it is:
30 day inflationary period
6 periods, each five days (right now we are at the beginning period, began on Sunday then will be increasing to 2250)
2000>>2250>>2500>>2750>>3000>>4000
After inflationary period, down to 2000.
After this, decreases by 20% every four months for one year.
After this, halves every two years.

But mining at other pools means zero new services?

how much hash do we need put on the dev pools?
