Skrill is one of the worst payment processors out there, I already said it to TRT staff in the past. Anyway, everyone can have his own opinion about The Rock Trading, but a fee of 3% on DEPOSITS (I repeat: on deposits) for Skrill is crazy.

By accepting Skrill deposits, they are gambling with their customers' money. Of course, trusting money to people who covertly block withdrawals, blackmail the customer to trust them their personal documents against the letter of their TOS/FAQ, confess that they are ready to keep the money "forever", lie blatantly to try to justify the act, confess that they won't obey the arbitrage decision, post customer's private information on a forum, change their FAQ to try to "clean" their act, etc. (see the OP summary), it's also gambling with your money. But at least it's your money, not someone else money.

But at least it's your money, not someone else money. Why did Skrill allow them to sign-up? If they knew about the scam reputation these Rock Trading scammers had maybe they would terminate their deal. The fact they posted information in this forum that should have been kept private under data protection laws and continued to do so even after numerous users pointed out they were breaking EU (and local Italian) laws means they will eventually face a heavy penalty. The way they have conducted themselves throughout this process shows they are disgusting little imbeciles who managed to destroy what little reputation they had left because of their greed selective scamming attempt. Skrill should disassociate themselves from Rock Trading scammers.

I guess Skrill doesn't care or aren't aware. But I have news that just confirm everything I have been writing about the Rock. The Rock CFO at his best VI:They bought 13 fake positive reviews on their Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/pg/TheRockTrading/reviews/8 were done on 2 October 2019, between 7am and 8AM. In less than 60m. And another 5 paid reviews were made on 28 September 2019, between 8PM and 9.15PM. All from Asian/Arabic "customers". I forgot to highlight the one made on 28 September 2019, 9.15PM, on the last scan.

Buying fake reviews shows how desperate these scammers are. No matter how long it takes, eventually they will have to pay you what they stole from you.

This won't ever end until I have my money back. No matter how much time it will take for the Italian authorities to act. They are known to be slow or the Rock CFO and Rock CTO would be in serious trouble by now. But the authorities will act. Impressive.
Thanks for your interest on my case.

Thanks for your interest on my case. Thanks to a user here we all discovered spammers and shillers are available for hire on Fiverr and they promise to flood either this forum or social media trying to generate fake buzz. The fools that hire them prove their projects are useless and worthless otherwise they would not feel the need to pay for fake support. In the current climate hopefully Rock Trading scam exchange will not be around for too much longer, I hope it collapses after it returns funds from all users it selective scammed and those with balances on their Rock Trading wallets.

The scammer Andrea Medri has to be completely stupid. He thought that his potential customers wont pay attention to the reviews and wont figure out in a second that the reviews are fake. With money at stake everyone reading the reviews will see that the reviews were bought by him. Only scammers buy fake reviews trying to fool their customers. Everyone will see the scammer you are. Good job scammer Medri you just ruined the rock trading exchange facebook page and your business again.

Yes, only dishonest people buy positive reviews to trick their customers. It's amazing that people are willing to trust their money to an exchange whose manager did all the things the Rock CFO done. Those reviews are so notoriously paid ones that indeed he destroyed their facebook. I just have to let the Rock CFO to be who he is in order for him to confirm everything I have been posting about. Actually, he keeps digging his legal hole deeper and deeper, because fake reviews are a serious legal issue. I'll post about it as soon as my lawyer complete the legal research.

Fake reviews are a fraud. The authors intend to mislead potential customers in order for making money. The American Federal Trade Commission already prosecuted people for creating fake reviews and it wasn't a financial institution the one creating them. "Fake Amazon reviews draw fraud charges in groundbreaking FTC" https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/26/18242303/ftc-fake-amazon-reviews-lawsuit-false-advertisingWhen this is done by a financial entity things are even more serious. They can rest assure that they will answer also for this fraudulent paid reviews.

The Rock CFO just made the favor of showing to everyone, including the authorities, what kind of things he engages in order to promote the Rock Trading Exchange, on this case, on fraudulent activity, by fooling their customers with paid positive reviews on the Rock Facebook page.
But he still thinks that the Rock is going to survive all of this.
He is going to learn the hard way that a financial institution has particular duties, whose breach have serious legal consequences.

That scammer (eliale) last logged in here on 9th September 2019. They have given up hope of scamming any new users from this forum because the negative publicity, red warning banner/flag and their condescending approach to this matter has ensured they will collapse soon because they have almost zero traffic and almost zero trading volumes. They send fake volumes to CMC: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/therocktrading/They claim a 24 hour trading volume of $356,000 of which $326,000 is Bitcoin

We just have to check the frequent small trades and the moving bids. He clearly thinks he can do anything he wants and get away with it. That is what people like him usually think, until they get caught. And he made very ease for this to happen, with his several posts confessing completely illegal behavior on this thread, his fake volume or his paid posts on Facebook.

The italian administrative authority Organismo Agenti e Mediatori has jurisdiction over the Rock Trading: https://www.organismo-am.itThey will receive a complaint also about the Rock Trading paid fake reviews on Facebook. We will see for how much long the Rock Trading exchange is going to be able to keep operating. Soon or later, some authority will act.

Hopefully they will act sooner rather than later and make an example of Rock Trading so any future scammers know the full consequences of their actions before they set up. Jail time is a great deterrent. I think 2020 will be the year we hear good new about Rock Trading closing down and see its owners in jail. They are getting some time off thanks to some delays with Italian justice. But Italian justice might be slow, but is as decisive as the justice of any other European country. If this takes much more, Italian prosecutors and police will start receiving weekly complaints until they act and force them to return my money and punishing them accordingly. Actually, as time goes by, they just dig their hole deeper. Paying fake reviews wasn't just an illegal and fraudulent act, it was also a very foolish thing to do. And its all copied and saved.

Thank you for updating. As you mentioned, I also agree and hope it means all community members will refrain from risking their crypto and completely avoid using the trash Rock Trading scam exchange. It has been a warning to all so if anybody is gullible enough to trade there they run the risk of losing their crypto .

Thank you for updating.
Thank you for your more than one year long support. In between, they basically self-banned themselves and renounced their accounts at Bitcointalk. They also ruined the Rock Trading Facebook account with their paid fake positive reviews. And, of course, completely ruined their reputation for any person searching anywhere for Rock Trading exchange. But they are hoping that this won't go even worst for them and that they are going to be able to keep my money...
