I sent a PM to the CFO asking him if there was anything that could be done to help facilitate or mediate a way out of this where you would have your funds returned to you but he (eliale) did not reply.

Thank you again for your time, JollyGood, but don't waste it writing him. The Rock CFO publicly defamed you and never apologized. You had all justification to block him. We only have to check your reputation from trustworthy members here on bitcointalk to know you.

Confirming my last post, the Rock Trading keeps wasting money on non profitable projects. Now they are spending money on a publication: https://blog.therocktrading.com/crypto24-ottobre-2022/

This only makes any sense as another publicity operation. Their goal is just to promote their name in preparation to the second round of crowdfunding scam.

SCAM ALERT: All order books of The Rock Trading Exchange (www.therocktrading.com) are created by their bot and they use them to scam customers. They are also trying to steal 35519 euros. Read an updated summary on the OP

I apologise for the inconvenience. I am unable to access my PM receiving settings therefore am unable to receive your PM. I will ask an admin to look in to it. I would like to know your response to the PM, kindly allow it some time before the issue is resolved.

How did you discover they are looking to launch a second round of crowdfunding?

It was the Rock CFO that announced publicly the second round of crowdfunding, now "open for all" as he said (in Italian) here https://www.cryptocoinference.com/2022/01/17/the-rock-trading-e-main-sponsor-della-terza-edizione-di-crypto-coinference/

According to the published news he said this in the middle of this crypto conference. They were the main financiers of the conference. Which makes sense as a mean to promote their second round of scam.

The Rock CFO never denied this intention to do a second round of crowdfunding.

This page was recently removed. I wonder the reason. Did the Rock CFO suddenly got cold feets because of the posts from me and a few more members about his second round? If it was the case, he just gave up an opportunity to scam another 1 or 2 million because of the scam against me.

This scam is criminally very danger but in this case is also becoming very costly for him.

Thank you for the post and the explanation. I have no idea about their intentions to try to raise funds in future but having said all that, I think it would be still be in the interest of both parties if this matter was brought to a conclusion which would allow you to receive your funds after all these years. If it was to mean an NDA between yourself and Rock Trading that would be a good conclusion.

Thanks for the persistent interest in my case, JollyGood. If it wasn't the amount in question this would be solved many years ago. But their greediness is digging their hole.

A second motive that is delaying their second round of scam is the crypto crash. A crowdfunding on this context would be much harder to be successful.

I wonder how much their customers lost dumping their orders on their fake orderbooks. Since they don't seem to hold crypto (or they wouldn't need to scam to pay for their retirement) they probably didn't lost much and might have earn from their customers dumps. But it's impossible to know. But soon they will need to pay dividends on fake profits. They will have to use money from the crowdfunding to pay them, they don't have profits for that. A few more inches on their hole.

For years the Rock CFO has posted lie after lie, claiming that existing european directives (which anyway are not directly applicable as they have to be adopted by national legislation) force them to require KYC for withdrawals of crypto.

Confirming that this is a complet lie, there is now a proposal for a new european regulation which will require KYC/AML also for crypto actives. One of the reasons stated for this new proposal is precisely that existing directives don't apply directly to crypto but only for fiat withdrawals.

As european authorities declare: "crypto-assets are currently out of the scope of EU legislation" https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/headlines/economy/20220324STO26154/cryptocurrency-dangers-and-the-benefits-of-eu-legislation

But this new reformation to apply to crypto also is only a proposal. It hasn't been approved yet and it will take years to be approved and then member states will have years to adopt them to their internal Law.

So, lies, lies and more lies: there is no duty to demand KYC for crypto withdrawals under current european or italian Law.

It seems that the crypto crash was indeed the final nail on the second crowdfunding cofin. I couldn't find any news about it on their social media or website. The removal of the news I posted is also indicative of their
I guess we here at bitcointalk, the fews that paid attention and posted about it, also had a part ruining this new major scam from the Rock CFO and his accomplices.

But they won't give up an opportunity to scam millions this easily. As soon as there is a crypto rebound, they will start planning again. But we will be on it, searching for news about it and posting them. Unless they end in jail before the crypto rebound...

Their major problem is that they have to make a lot of publicity. Promoting a scam is always half way to ruining it, but on this case they have no alternative.

The Rock CFO doesn’t stop. Another fake review on Trustpilot and, as usual, with a 5 stars rating. https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6376109fb84cc27618ee8db0

And he doesn’t even learn with his mistakes and my previous warnings that those mistakes reveal that the review and rating is a clearly fake.

Who is there on the exact same day to thank the “customer review”. Yes, if you usually read this thread, you know the answer: our “trustworthy” Rock CFO for sure.

He doesn’t even try to hide better this scam of his fake reviews on his own exchange by waiting a few days to give thanks to the “customer”. He is there on spot to thank, like if he didn’t have anything more to do.

The reports on their customer service talk about serious delays. But he is on Trustpilot everyday to check for new reviews and thank them.

This thread is important, but has been subject of a few controversial moderations.

I can't decide if making those fake reviews is more stupid or more shameful. Probably, are both equally.

The fact that the Rock Trading is still active raises serious perplexities about the bitcoin cosmos.

The Rock Trading Exchange forges its order books with bots, uses them to scam customers and is trying to appropriate 35000 euro from a forum member https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.0

Trading, thank you very much for your continuous support to my case. You have been a supporter for years.

I won't comment on the moderation, out of respect for this forum.

You are very right qualifying his creation of fake reviews about his own exchange as stupid and shameless, he created  39 5 star fake reviews on only three days, on 27, 28 and 29 September of 2021 and he was there "thanking them". Just check https://www.trustpilot.com/review/therocktrading.com?languages=all

And he did the same on their Facebook, by paying for 13 positive reviews from arabic people, clearly fake customers, all made on 28 September and 2 October 2019. I checked them and these reviews are still online: https://www.facebook.com/pg/TheRockTrading/reviews/

Fake reviews are a scam, who are persecuted as criminal fraud on the United States. This is the kind of action we can expect from people like him.

The only surprise is his insistence on creating them on such a manner that reveals clearly their scamish nature.

Hey, just go to a court of law and sue The Rock Trading on a civil basis. What are you waiting? Posting on a thread as a hobby?

I could say the same thing about you. You seem to be supporting the absurd claim of the rock cfo to sue him on a civil court. After all the crimes he done?
I would I waste time and money on a civil court if I can go to the police for free.?

Initially you seemed impartial, but now? You seem to be posting just to support the Rock CFO.

Maybe Jollygood is right about you. It's up to you to say the contrary.

It's not for me to decide who is right or wrong. Look, you lost half of the value of your money already since you started this thread instead of going to court as any normal person. This not a theft by them, from the police point of view, so you have to settle it civil through court.

Sue them and get interest for the time they hold your money, or don't and just post online until you 30k euro is worth a 2000's second hand car.

And you keep insisting on the same rejected absurd solution. I will not waste time on a civil suit.
Is that the only thing you can think about?
What do you mean I lost half of my money. They have euros from me. Not bitcoin. Inflation is not that high.
I think you didn't understand what I mean about Jollygood opinion about you.

Why do you then waste your time posting on my thread?

Jollygood accused you of being an alt of the Rock CFO. And he might be perfectly right for this reasons:
I) Your account was created on similar dates of other Rock CFO alt accounts. On the period of 1 year when he was temporarly baned.

II) Your merit history is very strange. You got some on very close days, as if they were traded or bought.

III) Your posts started as more or less balanced, as if the Rock CFO intended to create an image of impartiality in order for this alt to operate as a mediator.

IV) Now, you post only things that the Rock CFO would post. The exact same nonsense proposal of a civil suit.

V) Your posts are more or less near the pure insult now, something that is expected from the Rock CFO. He did the same using Alts on the italian thread.

I'm going to see him in jail and I'm still looking for his second round of crowdfunding scam.

It doesn't work for two reasons:
1) is retarded, has some mental handicap and therefore does not get there

2) he is in bad faith, those bitcoins were the result of some theft or ransom, therefore going to the authorities is not the best choice, better to be a jerk in the forum

A junior member with negative feedback supporting the Rock. What a surprise. Another alt or a paid poster....

I posted that the Rock CFO wrote lie after lie about the rules of the Rock Trading Exchange on withdrawals from unverified customers. Their FAQ were more than clear until they changed them on 2019, just to try to clean their actions after the facts, the covert block of my account, on December 2017 & January of 2018.

But this is not just my opinion. For instance, check this review made on 2018 (they quote their changes on 2017), made after they covertly blocked my withdrawals: https://www.forexsq.com/rock-trading-review-scam-safe/

They explicitly write that "Fiat transfers through banks (SEPA, Wire) are available only to verified users".

Which means that crypto transfers are available to both verified and unverified customers, as I posted.

Thanks for your post, I had just found this https://blog.therocktrading.com/en/communication-of-platform-operations-interruption/

For 4 years, I have posted warning after warning against the Rock Trading, with only the support of a few forum members.

That their orderbooks and profits were fake. That they scammed their crowdfunding investors. They just now found out that they lost all their money. And probably most of the customers too.

I wonder what lie they will invent to justify the problems of liquidity.

The Rock CFO and CTO can be shore that I will inform the italian authorities about all their scams and will present all the videos I made of their clearly fake orderbooks.
