Joined Mintpal and put several coins in and did some trading. BUT i still can't VOTE!!!!! Does anyone know how many trades or how long you have to be there before you are permitted to vote. This is very frustrating! Thanks

So ive been trying to get solo mining up and running for a few days now and I just cant figgure out y it wont let me.

I have the newest wallet
-server set on a shortcut

I can take this same conf file and change the rpc port for another coin and  change port in bat file and it works just fine for other coins but when I launch it for gun coin I get a pool 0 slow/down or url or credentials invalid.

I just dont understand it, everything works great for other coins but not this one..... I know im probly missing something simple any help will be appreciated

If you take the "standard" example config here and use this (instead of your current config):

... You should be able to start up the wallet and goto HELP < DEBUG WINDOW and open the CONSOLE tab...

The type:  setgenerate true

This should begin the solo mining.  Please let me know if this works for you.

yes but im not trying to mine with my cpu which is what the wallet does right?!? I normally GPU min scrypt coins like this with no problem

No problem!  The #42953 only applies to "local" connections.
