this looks like their smtp mail server...  the only opened port is TCP 25...


Besides, it could be interesting if an USA user of the forum, could try to contact cloudflare, and speacking about this strange situation with a local police office...  considering the official IP where www.markets.cx points (162.159.248.205) is a Cloudflare's IP address as far as we know
