wait, hold on here. so markets goes down with a lot of people ltc, and now you are giving someone else btc to fight for your ltc back. I think another scam is going on right here. Its a fruitless operation to go after a so called business that is pretty much untouchable. where on earth are you going to find a world police to track this down. be careful who you trust your coins too. this sounds fishy.

Where are you reading that we will give our ltc from markets.cx now to another person?

Arbitration would only be effective if we were actually able to contact the other party involved. In our case, nobody has replied at all to our many attempts.

I am the wife of Chalidore who commented further up. I filed a police report with my local police and they suggested I file at complaint.ic3.gov I don't know exactly what good it will do, but my family tells me that if I properly document the loss it will be relevant to my taxes next year. It seems like it's worth doing if anyone else wants to. I think it would be the first step in any kind of process that would possibly potentially get our litecoins back, although I think that possibility is pretty slight. But you know, if whoever is behind this gets caught in their next scam and all their money is confiscated, at least we would be able to have documentation that we are out due to their actions. Maybe that would be helpful? That is my thought about the situation.

has there been any updates on whats going on? I'm sure we could probably get a class-action lawsuit if we can get everyone together for this.

i hope all criminal exchange or pool owners someday realize they are making a quick buck now but hurt the cryptomarket in a long run...they could make much more money with all the fees if they stay legal and just live with the fees... i think btc could allready be at 1000$ or even more if all these scams and bigger frauds would stop... it doesn't go in my head why NOT EVEN ONE of the exchanges say lets put some of the thousands of dollars we make with fees EVERY FRICKING DAY into stable servers and proper security to make a reliable and trusty exchange...this is definately not an impossible task to do and i just cant believe nobody has done this after so many years of cryptocurrencys... i allready thought about a kickstarter-like project to build a stable, reliable, transparent and trusted exchange where everybody can check where it is located and who is working on it...i know good server-admins, programmers and other it-specialists here in germany where bitcoin is allready a legal business-opportunity but money is the key-factor here... imagine only 10% of all scammed cryptocoins would've been spent on making an exchange...it would be the best exchange ever and could easily help the crypto market to change the damaged reputation it has now... i think i really need to go back to the drawing board as soon as possible and start a kickstarter project to make all this possible and i hope other people think the same and support this project because i'm certainly not the only one thinking that way...when only a few people think about spending a few satoshi's on a project like this instead of the next IPO-scam then the community has allready won...
The only advice i can give to all scammed people is REPORT it even if you only lost 0.1 BTC. If you do nothing then nothing will ever change. Simple logic. I'm sorry for all the people here that got scammed and i hope you can somehow get your LTC back.
Y'all have a nice weekend.
Just my 2 satoshis
