Arif receives the confirmation for the apartment rent and starts packing for his working vacation in Croatia which will allow him to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea and good food while writing the book. Arif doesn’t plan to keep any ELES tokens after he finishes the book and intends to move back to his country, so he will exchange the ELES tokens back to fiat money. Alongside working on his book, he does a little bit more of a research on Elements Estates project and eventually decides to keep the rest his ELES tokens and grow his savings.

i hope it will be some article more about real case using platform and eles ecosystem

Would be good if the next article would be something about fiat also. This is the time that people are scared and are using fiat and not want to use the crypto. One of the articles could be:

Who is the red for? Bitcoin? for ELES itself there is no stock, and tokens are still not traded, for crypto currency itself is indeed a bearish season, you don't need to worry for the next 5-10 years because the future will be bright

Regarding red numbers and dumps in crypto space - you reached softcap already - project will continue no matter what will happen in crypto field in 2019?

Indeed, this is so. We will continue our project as we already reached the soft cap and we continue with the fund raising for our ICO. As we value our ELES token in USD and we need fiat money to acquire RE projects, we don't gamble with holding crypto. Instead, we immediately exchange it to fiat to avoid any risk in crypto sphere. This is also what we did back in September, when we received BTCs, etc..
So, with the soft cap amount we are already bidding the first RE projects to be acquired by us, which we intend to put on platform.

Touristic, commercial and residential properties will be available and an ERC20 token wallet adres is all you need to store your ELES tokens.

Since the ELES tokens will function in their own ecosystem, we do not believe the red numbers in the current market will effect the ELES token value in that way.
