Is presale on track or it will be delayed?   and if  reasons for it?

Presale is currently defined as TBA (To Be Announced). We are currently still very active in Private Participation Period as we do not want to loose this strong momentum we have already created with presenting our project to HNWI's and Family offices. After it we will announce the details about pre-sale and crowd sale dates.

Will there be in future any new advisors or team members and if from which field?

i know it's red market  buy maybe red market is opp. to prosphere in all that

my 2 cents


We are following and assessing different opportunities and will invite also new advisors on board of Elements Estates if we see this is beneficial for the projects as such and will not unnecessary increase costs.

I like real scenarios for real life of platform usage. But i like to watch videos - will there be any video in future?

We plan to have some videos prepared when we introduce the next version of ELES platform which will have already listed real estate projects. And you may also expect some introduction video of the first acquired real estate.

In Q1 or Q2 of 2019  what will be most important things for us investors?    very interesting for new informations

We are expecting some visits here in Slovenia from potential bigger contributors we are currently in talks with to check our operations, meet some of our advisors from Colliers, CBRE, meet developers and of course see different properties on the market. From financial point of view this is very important for the project. Also, we are still bidding for the first real estate project to be acquired. So from the real estate point of view the acquisition of first such projects is a major thing for us and also for our supporters that will see even more clearly that we are very active with our project and are moving forward to reach our goals.

Portfolios that you will have in development. Will you raise money from community to develop or does the buy of real estate include development with that money?

We are raising funds for purchase of different projects. Afterwards we are doing restructuring and development, for which we will not do a new or separate raising of funds. We will however take some additional financing from Financial Institutions, like explained in whitepaper, that can be spent for development of a project. With this we intend to increase yields on individual projects, or the whole portfolio as such.
