will you open new offices in future in countries of SEE region or everything will be done from HQ?
As long as all the operations will be manageable from one office, this will remain so as we wish to keep the operating costs low. But, once Elements Estates will gain strong local position and recognition, we will consider also to open any additional local offices.

NPLs and financial institutions A performing loan will provide a bank with the interest income; it needs to make a profit and extend new loans to other customers . When customers do not meet their agreed repayment arrangements for 90 days or more, the bank must set aside more capital on the assumption that the loan will not be repaid . This reduces its capacity to provide new loans
To be successful in the long run, banks need to keep the level of non-performing loans at a minimum, so they can still earn a profit from extending new loans to customers. If a bank has too many non-performing loans on its balance sheet, its profitability will suffer because it will not earn enough money from its credit business. In addition, it will need to put money aside as a safety net in case it needs to write off the full amount of the loan at some point in time.
It means that banks could slow down their capital, which they had to devote to the provision of non-performing loans. In some cases, they were prepared to sell high-collaterals in order to clean up NPLs from their books, improving their capital adequacy, and start reusing this money
I find this in whitepaper - but you have maybe more somwhere in articles?
A loan is never a good idea but well yeah we kind of need it for buying a house for ourselves. Npls are probably the best time to get one now in this time and not during the crysis. My thinking. But wait a little to buy a house.. Currently house market is huh expensive like reallly reallyy expensive.

As you might know, January is normally a relative quite month for companies, compared to the other months of the year. This month Elements Estates did the exact opposite: As you know we started the ‘’Who Knows Us Best Test’’ and it finished this month. 120 Questions were asked and 20 ELES tokens per question could be won when you were the first one to answer correctly. We want to thank you all for participating and we congratulate all of the winners. Next: we are finalizing the set-up of an alternative investment fund, through which we intend to make purchases of different real estate projects in a tax efficient way. We are also in the process of purchasing two properties in Brezovica near Ljubljana, Slovenia. Also, we are in a bidding process for a commercial unit in size of 1.500 sqm all together with already long-term tenants occupying this premises. Last but certainly not least: We are still in advanced meetings with potential contributors and planned advanced meetings with them in March. As you see, a very busy month for Elements Estates. We know different local brokers from each country of SEE, where our primary focus is. For the time being we are not exercising any business for payment with them, although we are in regular talks.

Yes, we are still aiming to get the platform up and running within 6-9 months after the ICO ends
