I understand correctly that in order for a project to be successful it will be successful in the market, it needs to be promoted, for this purpose the bounty programs have been created for each project. Tell me, I correctly interpret what is happening in this area now?

Yes, you are right, that's it. Projects create a marketing company to develop their project through a bounty program. Their essence lies in the fact that users are told in social networks and forums about the project and for this they will be awarded project tokens

I thought so, that's fine. I am interested in the following: if the project says that it allocates 550.000.000 tokens to ICO, then how to determine how many tokens will be allocated to the bounty program?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Typically, projects write the percentage that will be allocated to the bounty program of the total number of all tokens. That is, you can calculate how many tokens the community will receive for promoting the project on the network.

Understood thanks. At first I thought that separate tokens were allocated for bounty, but I liked this approach more, the project transparency is higher. And how many tokens do this project have now on bounty?

This project allocates 3% of all tokens to the bounty program. That is, 550,000,000 * 0.03 = 16.500.000. I think this is the right decision.

I read about PROTEO technology and as far as I know at the moment it's all possible only in theory, technology needs to undergo a practical test.

I do not know what exactly you read about this, but the team is already working clinic in Japan, which is engaged in research in this area.

Again, you're talking about research, but are they doing it in practice? Is there any program that allows anyone to use this technology? I think not.

You are too skeptical about this project, the team has repeatedly stated that they are working with the finished technology, so it is sufficiently tested and ready for use.

Okay, maybe I'm not quite right, just this technology looks fantastic to me, because in fact it means that we can get rid of cancer.

That's why, therefore, it is worth paying attention to this technology, if we can overcome cancer, it will mean a huge step for humanity, the same as landing on the moon or even more significant.

Well, I hope that this project will really be able to realize all the ideas that the founders laid. And it really will be for many a rescue from cancer.

I do not understand exactly how they plan to collect tests and how exactly these tests can be handled by specialists? After all, to do this for a large part of the population, they will need to create a huge number of clinics and research centers.

I do not quite understand what you mean. The meaning of this technology is just the same in mobility, you do not need to have many centers for the collection and analysis of analyzes, for this there is a blockchain.

But in order to take a sample of blood from a patient, he needs to visit the clinic, so that a qualified nurse conducted a procedure for collecting tests, is not it?

But did not you hear anything about mobile centers? Or what prevents to realize local points of collection of analyzes in local hospitals? It's pretty straightforward.

True to this time we can overcome cancer through this technology would become one of the advances in the field of health,
so that we must continue to support this project so that later it can succeed, of course we will see it later to make it clearer

But for all this, considerable funding is needed, who will pay for this? It seems to me these moments in this project seem to be controversial.

As for the economy of this project, here I can not say anything about it, because I do not know how it is implemented. But I can tell from myself that it would be possible to introduce a small fee, so that the client paid for the delivery of tests and examination.

In principle, I agree that a small fee could cover most of the cost of this. And that would be an acceptable step for the patient.

But maybe we both are wrong and are now completely nonsense. It is necessary to study in more detail white paper, perhaps there are answers to all these questions. 
