If BTC etf will be rejected we will be under 200 usd.

I don't think its solely because of rejections of bitcoins etf, Even if its bear months and many of us are expecting for the market go bull but as of now it isn't many regulations and regulators are affecting the current market. Even if the bitcoin's ETF will be approved or rejected it will be a slight change for the market fluctuations value.

Unless the ETH team does something about the scalability of the network, I dont think there is any way ETH could recover from this drop. It may reach back to 290$ which is its support but moving on from there will be tougher.

On the website of a coinmarketcap, it was shown that the price of a coin in the ether for the last 7 days decreased by 25%. The price of bitcoin in the last 7 days has decreased by only 8%. I just have one question - what happens next and when will it end?

Yes, I really feel terrified about the current price of Ethereum. The price of Ethereum dropped from $2,000 to $200, which cost me a lot. But the current price I think is very suitable for investment.
