Today investors' confidence in ICO has fallen. It is easier for investors to buy a cryptocurrency after it goes public, and its price will be much lower than during public sales.
with so many ICOs failing and worse now, many ICOs are just cheating, so of course investors are starting to doubt the ICO because it's very risky. maybe now it can be said that investors are more careful when investing, they monitor the movement of the project and only invest after feeling confident. so investors actually don't disappear but if it's reduced it's true.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Not in crypto market probably. For today ICOs are surely dying, look at the most ICO tracking sites - I bet you never saw such a small active ICO list...

Investors are here and they invest money, but they choose more carefully than before. There are already many projects, and investors doesn't have to invest only in ICO.

I think that most successful ICO rised to the moon on massive hyip and infantile entusiasm, then of course must be some or big correction and throuth time separation of quality companies and real scam shit.

Not to mention all the scam projects that flourished one year ago, I personally got burnt on some of them.

I think the market decline makes investors more cautious in putting their money into investment, they prefer to wait for a more stable market change.

The market conditions are very  tough for startups and many of them struggling raising the soft cap. Investors are much more
cautious when investing as investing become more risky as many projects lose in their value after listing on exchanges.

With the recent trend of scam project in the system many investors are now careful in their investment. Unless they see something unique in your project never will they waste their monies on your project. They do a lot of research into where they are investing which is really a good sign since it makes them learn a lot.

I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?
There are various reasons why they might fail. One of the common reason is that they are clone project, that is another project with same features already exist in the market. Another reason might be the developer team aren't reliable or totally new. The way they promoted the project might have been weak so people may not have heard about the project. The final reason might be people realizing that it is actually impossible to achieve what they have promised.

Investors gave the chance and supported the projects last years. Even the most fund raising projects have slowed down their efforts to further develop their products after receiving the money. Actually investors lend to the project. Past experience has made the investor more rigorous today.

Remember that usually for an ICO to have sufficient funds, not only is it enough that it is good and has potential, it also has to have the marketing and community necessary to succeed, you can't do anything with a lot of ideas if the people who can help you realize them never hear of you.

currently many are on behalf of the ICO even though it is a fraud, many of which are happening now. things like this are detrimental to investors. maybe in the minds of investors today not only see the project being offered, but the credibility of the person behind a project must be truly competent and responsible.

This is because Many investors are not investing in ICOs, because this year, 85% of ICOs failed to give at least ROI to their investors. Personally, I invest only in top 60 coins regarding Coinmarketcap rank to do the trade! But This year, I participated in several ICOs too and only one ICO gave me a good profit! Though that was totally unexpected. Because VIKKY wasn't a popular ICO but it gave me almost double my investment. Without it, every other ICOs price has dumped below 40-50% of ICO price. So, I stopped investing for now and this thing is happening with a lot of investors.

So many people have lost their money in ICO investing and as much people are afraid to invest into ICO these days, and recall that most people are in cryptos or the money and not the tech, So even if the project has a good idea and great potentials, investors don't normally care much about the tech, they care about the profit they will make, it's just the level of the cryptos at the moment, I believe in the future, that might changed.

Many investors lost their faith in ICOs as many of them heavily lost on their investments during bearish market.
ICOs are not delivering ROI as it was last year and investors become more cautious when investing.

There are a lot of projects, but there are not enough risky investors at all, too many ICO projects. Especially one idea for the success of the project is not enough, you need the desire of developers to promote your project and work with the community. I think over time to collect the necessary funding will become even more difficult.

Lady Luck is in one's favor and after a week in someone's else: there are so many subjective factors that are changing the way of the world that we can not understand it in the meantime. I have seen a great project that would cause enormous hype during the last six months: unfortunately, they came just when the market had been moving up daily by 10% and no one cared about a quite stable and profitable token. Not being successful does not mean anything as there are so many opportunities around the globe. Just keep trying- is there a better feeling than implementing ideas into self-sustainable companies? Well, some of them are  Wink. Anyway, anyone who does not even try to create any sort of value is basically dead, so keep moving on. Even in the darkness carry your torches.

Investing in ICO is very risky because of the factors that you need to consider for an ICO to fail. An ICO that has a poor concept can already be a signal that it may not survive in the market if it reaches there. Chances are, you might lose your investment too.
