I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?

maybe investors do not believe in the project, therefore investors do not invest in the ICO, because in my opinion the emerging ICO currently does not have a new concept and only uses the ICO concept that has already existed, making investors not interested to investing at the ICO (New ICO) and prefer to invest in ongoing projects (Old ICO), because profits can be obtained faster than investing in a new ICO.

The investors now are so afraid on investing in ICO's because many ICO's now are getting failed, and scam. So i think to attract the investors again. the platform of the project will be unique and great and the ICO is funded so that the investors will not be afraid on investing to it because it is funded and for sure it will be successful.

The investors are hesitating whether to buy more altcoins, Bitcoins or wait as the market can continue its fall. The riskiest ones still participate in the ICOs and spend much money for BTC as the leader of the crypto.

Most of the investors are waiting for a better market to start investing. Meanwhile there has been alot of shits projects and some investors are tired of them

Investors now are afraid of some ICO because there are so many scam now in the community.
They also like to hold now Ethereum and Bitcoin as the price is really low and looking for the rise.
Investing in new project is not a choice now as investing on 2 major crypto is a good sign of earning.

Who is ICO investors? Mostly it is the people who want get 1000% profit from the ICO investments. Now chance of this profit is not such real as few years ago, but risk is very real. So I think that many people don't see the chance to make huge profit from ICOs anymore.

I heared that investors now looking for the best oportunity to enter the market. Sure that they ready to di that. Also I heared that now a lot of proposes of BTC buying but not so lot proposes for selling. It shows where we now and what expected in future.

the majority of the investors will most likely just buy btc and not really into icos or anything due to all the scams, but seems like most are gonna wait it out until things become more stable.

If a project is good and has their own useful function, for long term develop there are still hope for them, I do feel sorry there are too many scammers ruin cryptocurrency  reputation, it definitely putt potential investors off after they have heard all the scamming story, I think anyone will bit more caution to invest any new ICO project now.

Well even coins with no use could also get much attention or could be funded by investors with proper marketing.  Mostly coins get their funds in ICO and for their ICO to be successful they need to advertise and make hype so they could attract investors.

Many investors has left the market with loss, many investors lost their interest because of the bear market and many of them were scammed and they  are more cautious to invest . The market definitely need "fresh blood"
