Within this market's situation that is bearish, i think investors doesn't like enough investing on ico's. Because several of the ico's now are unsuccessful with their project even if they have a good concept on their project plans.

Never rely on the concept and potential because I've heard that many times and when the mvp comes out, it's full of bugs and crap. It seems not a market problem but an investment problem. Where they can invest so that these investments benefit.
