ONAM said they will be buying back the ONAM tokens every quarter with its 25% of the profits until only 150Million tokens left. I hope they keep to this promise because many exchanges promised it but didn't fulfill
I was going through some messages posted at telegram channel and I saw they mentioned about buyback program. But it will take time for a exchange bro start generating profit and then start the buyback. I agree, it takes some time till a new exchange generate profit. The ONAM team has said it multiple times that they buy-back tokens and burn a percentage. I have no doubt that they will do so. That's great Idea but what about unsold tokens? How much supply they generated exactly for sale? Unsold tokens will all be burnt. If they reach the hardcap, the max supply will be 300 million. When the softcap is reached, around 50 Million tokens were sold. |

Possible. But don't just blindly Investe. Do proper research, understand that roadmap and profit sharing model (if any) and keep track of development progress. I guess you are right. This is a Crypto market and anything can possible here. So without research investing in any ICO or business would be risky for capital. |

Buy-back is a process of taking a certain percentage of the circulation off the market with the aim of boosting the value of the token and such happens after they must have concluded their ICO and possibly after a period of time, it will not occur if they become successful, so we just have wish for a scenario where such doesn't come in, not like its a bad thing though |

I think the idea of token buy backs in this kind of distribution is smart as it shows that the exchange has a meaningful way to control the growth and price of their platform, but also maintains interest at an early level as people know that the price will go up over the longterm
one of the main reason for buy back is that it in a way help to control the value of the token to a certain degree and i encourage it as a policy to curb price fluctuations |

That's some good news for Onam Holders! This buy back program will increase Demand and decrease Supply causing the rate to sustain a high rate! What will happen to the tokens that have been bought back by onam? Will the tokens be sold to serious investors or burnt? Important question here I will suggest a resell to a private investor company, that way the token is held by individuals or entity that won't sell cheap but on the other hand may be able to bring the price to a favorable level |

That will be a good idea. Buying back some tokens will be a good way to maintain the circulation of the supplies plus the supporters will know that the ONAM exchange it self will be their backup buyers. Yea. They will need to communicate this very feature of the project to potential investors and also out the news out there as much as possible to be sure that everyone is aware of it cause it's a good backup plan for investors. |

Buying back some tokens will be a good way to maintain the circulation of the supplies plus the supporters will know that the ONAM exchange it self will be their backup buyers. Yea. They will need to communicate this very feature of the project to potential investors and also out the news out there as much as possible to be sure that everyone is aware of it cause it's a good backup plan for investors. buy back is a very wonderful way of ensuring a token retains it value to a certain degree and i believe a serious investor would consider such option before investing |

Well, the fewer tokens there are, the more my value will be :-) Because I am convinced that Onam will be a successful Exchange. Maybe one of the Top10 Exchanges at the end of next year I think that is very optimistic; they have a different focus and the compliance part which may lead them to partners with governmental entities however I think it is going to be a longer journey. As there are top exchange which are built on fake numbers. |
