Best exchange is community based. We see most Exchange do community voting and rewards to top traders by volume. If Onam would take this approach, they would build a supportive community.

You could also check their telegram account the admins are quite active.

I already joined their telegram account and found that the admin are giving quick reply to each and every questions. Even I found around 3.9 k members are in their telegram channel.

With exchanges that should be a given. I mean if an exchange has issues with security than I guess they have a real problem. Security is like the natural default. I think what should be emphasized more is the compliance part especially with how SEC is targeting the likes of etherdelta.

I don't think they have to extend it. It's still the pre-sale and even if they won't fully reach their softcap, there is still enough time to raise the remaining funds during the main sale.

The infrastructure they are using is quite secure...they are using aws. So it is up to the team's or developers to ensure the security of the application by opting for best practices common to exchanges.
