Will Ripple XRP be the number one cryptocurrency before the end of the year?
This is possible but too ambitious to think that ripple will dethrone bitcoin in the cryptocurrency ranking considering that the marketcap has been dominated by bitcoin. This ripple can't overtake bitcoin as most investors will not put their money in a centralized currency with huge circulating supply. Although I'm not closing door for ripple to make it but it's a big challenge to the developer of ripple. I will let them walk the talk. |

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Ripple will probably establish itself as number two as ethereum is not doing well at all. ETH is going to continue it's downwards trend while people switch to NEO and ADA. This means ripple will retain the number 2 spot but unlikely to surpass bitcoin

I hope it doesn't happen because if it does then this market is done for, ripple is not even a cryptocurrency in the eyes of many and many have a huge distrust and it because banks are supporting it in a very heavy way, if there is one coin that we should never allow to take that place is ripple, I would not mind if a coin like a litecoin took bitcoin place but I will care if ripple did. |

i don't think so,, because depends on your post above, its same as you talk about ripple will replacing bitcoin as the king of crypto before the end of this year i know ripple price growth if we compared with eth price at this moment,, but, for become the number one of cryptocurrency sounds impossible for me |

I think ripple its a good altcoin with centralized think, and this year have a lot proggres with some banks, but with centralized this coin is not going to be number one because dominaton of bitcoin and its popular all around the world

I think Ripple (XRP) is not enough to become the number one cryptocurrency because its value is still much lower than Bitcoin and Ethereum. I think the XRP will be able to lead by 2020.

That is difficult to predict quite a big speculation or claim if I should agree. I trust and support ripple but it still has a lot to prove and a very long way to go to be the number altcoin and given the time line we are a few days left before we end this year.

Ripple will never be number one. Just look at how many coins the company behind it still holds lmao.
The only coin that will get bigger than Bitcoin in marketcap will be the SDR by IMF. That will be the digital currency that will be the standard as world currency.

I never thought the ripple would be the main cryptocurrency because I think it's a difficult possibility to happen, bitcoin is the strongest cryptocurrency and will still be the main one.

ripple will TOP 5 coin in future. 1 BTC, 2 ETH, 3 TON, 4 BCHSV, 5 XRP.
i think this is future 4-5 year marketcaps.

I think, nothing can replace bitcoin, not ripple or other coins, even though bitcoin has prices that continue to fall now but for me bitcoin will still be the best coin

Year is almost over and BTC is fortunately still number one. It would be very concerning if XRP become place one and would also be total unreasonable to overtake BTC. BTC has issues, but XRP has far more issues and this makes XRP way too overvalued in my opinion. |
