Is there a specific procedure for transferring mined coins from Sparkpool to my wallet other than this- Open wallet, make sure it's on line, head over to Sparkpool and click the payout button and wait?
My first withdraw was faultless, I tried earlier to withdraw and nothing happened for ages, then it showed up in the wallet as a pending transaction but then it showed failed, it has tried twice and failed both. The Sparkpool page still shows the amount as 'matured' and 'applied' where the withdraw button should be but nothing is now happening.
Can you only withdraw at certain times of day or something? I must say it's about as clear as fucking mud, when do we get proper pools?
Make sure that your wallet is the latest version and that you are not using an expiring address.

In my ignorance, how can you explained a 24 h vol. of 4 million $, when the actual supply is 2 millions of Beam, at 1$ each one?
Maybe Hotbit (the single exchange) use the magic too.

There is no ignorance. I had to just sell everything at 0.0003. Good play. Nothing else.

Hello. A couple days ago i am open an account on HotBit and opened a wallet deposit address for BEAM. Stared mining BEAM at a SparkPool with success with address from HotBit. Now, just now, i am logged to a HotBit to check BEAM transfer from a SparkPool to HotBit wallet deposit address and i am horrified BEAM wallet deposit and withdrawal address are blocked... No deposit and no withdrawal... Oh my God Any other exchange or some advice what to do?! TNX

Hotbit is mostly fake volume created by bots, better to avoid that one. I think they have closed deposits.

Beam : Price forecast extrapolation according to the treasury supply for the 3 first years and the expectation of the VC investorsTreasury after 3 years: (1*20Beam + 2*10Beam) * 1440Block * 365days = 21’024’000 Beam Treasury allocated to the private investors: 21’024’000 Beam * 35% = 7’358'400 Beam ROI expected from the VC after 3 years: x35 (between 20x & 50x according to the risk) Coin Value after 3 years: $invested x35 / 7’358'400 Beam Assumption 1: $invested = 3’000’000$ --> Beam Value: 14$ Assumption 2, $invested = 6’000’000$ --> Beam Value: 28$ Assumption 3, $invested = 12’000’000$ --> Beam Value: 46$ Other approach:Circulation supply after 3 year: 21’024’000 Beam Market cap in 3 years: 800’000’000$, like Monero today Beam Value: 38$ Please don’t take it too seriously Thanks for it, it is really useful to evaluate what is the possible price in the future. It would be nice if someone calculate something similar for Grin´s future price .

Hotbit is a huge joke.

As somebody infos about how much money was raised from the VC?
less than $5millions. However, as I understand it, much of the money raised was not pertinent to the receipt of Beam by investors. It was not an ICO, so the promise of coins was not a huge factor in a lot of the investment. VC's have invested in the company, not the coin. this is, merely my understanding of it and there may be more to it than that.

there has been discussion that the team are working on an open-source pool software which you can install. until then, put this wallet on your rig... it has GPU mining support and will solo mine. Wallet desktop app (includes CPU/GPU miner node) requires GPU driver to run from https://www.beam.mw/downloads

Source: HEREMax supply not important in this case: time frame = 3 years As somebody infos about how much money was raised from the VC? After looking into the linked source you gave i have a more complete picture on inflation and coin supply. Your calculation is totally wrong mate: Reason: - You use the treasurey supply for a price calculation, this is just plain wrong. - You use for the first 3 years 21’024’000 Beam, but that's just the treasury, you nowhere mention the by than circulating 105,120,000 Beam. - With the above mentioned, for a price calculation always the by than circulating supply should be used to get a better picture, especially for whatever calculation. I won't go even into further details as the approach is totally wrong and it doesn't make sense to correct something that is from the bottom wrong, lol.

I really want to get interested in this coin, but whats with the name beam? At least its better than Grin, but the Monero/Zcash/Stealth/Dark generation had better anon names IMO.
