uhhmm c/c++ is not OO .net is and Javanis etc
why did you say that and not use a real OO lang then ?
that comment makes no sense at all.. at least not to programmers lol
First of all: thanks for your feedback. We beg to differ though about C++ and
in any case we said that we developed leonArdo "as an object oriented C++ application"
- which is certainly the case!
sounds ok i guess but would have to admit i'd be a bit paranoid of what kind of dormant code you can put in for future purposes at any point in time.
a quick update and wham community could get ripped off and you could walk and be long gone before anyone has any clue what happened.
Like how coin cloners have done in the past with wallet updates.. and those are open source, which doesn't matter because no one looks at the source.
Did you read the "Peace of Mind" section of our post? In it we discussed the
fact that the BTC-e website API only allows us to trade on an account.
There is no facility for us to withdraw money through the API.
private trading patterns ?
i'm a cracker i could rape that and hand it out publicly if need be i bet lol
It is our belief that most people will not trust a hacked version of
such a program over a legitimate copy. Furthermore, if a hacked version
of our software became available, anyone using it would forego all support
and future updates from mArgin.
My cracking resume is lengthy.. PC games, Steam, Mikrotik Router OS (Linux), all kinds of shareware apps on windows/linux, Moto Surfboard firmware cracks, cellphone systems..
I'm the kind of guy that keeps scammers on their toes i have done it for ages and have busted prob a 1,000 guys across the globe in the last decade.
Just a heads up.. keep it clean or you'll get caught.. people are ALWAYS watching trust me.. and leakers leak lol
Thanks for the warning
anyway i trade manually i wouldn't feel too comfortable with a front end
or bot etc using the exchanges is sketchy enough as it is with out having a software
middle man lol
If you like using the BTC-e website then that's great. But some people
want to use a more powerful tool and for them leonArdo is very interesting. I
can only say that once you use leonArdo and have access to it's features
(months of data verses a single day, depth graphs, fully interactive chart,
automatic trading strategies etc.) you will not want to go back to the website!
Although i would suggest doing a free version for the public but require people to make a donation to have advanced access to beta versions.
There is not much more you can do to monetize things really.. any protection system would be cracked so..
We chose a different strategy with leonArdo to the one you suggested. But we are
open for ideas and maybe at some point we will release a minimal manual trading only
version for donation as open source. We are also in talks with decentralized exchanges,
which also would be a lot happier with leonArdo being open source (for obvious reasons
).
Thanks for keeping an eye on our new project for the sake of the community
and have a nice day!
