What i believe is, If the bounce back isn't happen this year. then it should be happening next year.

wish the new coming cycle is a difficult thing to predict. playing it safe in times like these a priority than should continue to experience the collapse of prices and then sell or hope the increase as soon as possible. whatever will happen, then just wait and do not rush to decide. this year, it does not look like it is going to repeat itself. maybe we are lucky and it will happen next year, but no one can really predict it. i hope for next year and pray that we do not have to wait until 2020.
