I don't know the right time to meet at the same table with you guys because we have different free time sometimes I see this discussion when I have missed the playing schedule so I hope SWC can soon prepare a tournament with a predetermined schedule and time so I can meet and have fun with you and other forum members.

Would there be any interest in a short primer on each of the non-Holdem games available on SwC? Basically explaining the rules and some (very basic) tips on starting hands and play?
I'm no expert but I do play most of them semi-regularly and am a (small) winner at micro stakes.

Yeah, we all have different timezones and that's why we're not meeting in the table. I also miss it when someone posts that they're in a table and then when I am in a table, there is no one that's online. I think my last one I've seen kaliandra, I'm not sure if that was him.

There are no guides when I've tried the games that I do and beforehand, I already know how to play poker. If it's about the non-holdem games, I think that I've played some of them in free rolls. Maybe you should check that out sometime but no tips in there.

Interesting! A lot of hot tournaments and events in a single week, full-packed. The rewards are juicy. I'm not sure about others, but I'll surely make sure that I participate in most of the events and tournaments, considering I manage to get enough time for them. I believe other friends from our community will do that as well, especially the ones who are always eager to participate in hot tournaments and series' where they can showcase their skills and make some money if they can manage to reach the top positions.

In BSOP, I tried my best, but I couldn't get into the top of any tournament to get any rewards. This time, I'll try harder and hopefully, I can get something out of it for the efforts that I put in.

Well, that's not only a time zone but more and still a player base issue. Just ain't enough players around to get tournaments running, that's the sad truth. I have been very active on the omaha tables in the past but since "umbrella" is on the site and winning every weekly/monthly leaderboard, also literally getting every 1-4 outer, this site has become strange. No player is running this good for such a long time, period.
Playing this much and this many hands but always winning kinda feels off.

Back to tournaments, if there aren't significant changes in strategy for this site, also some more promotion (not only here for example), I think it's hard to see any growth.

It's great, for those of us who have missed the tournament before, this is a golden opportunity. We all have the opportunity to play a tournament series again. Hope all members of this forum will enjoy it and have the opportunity to make more money.

The amount of Buy-in in the speed tournament compared to the BSOP tournament seems much less to me. That's why we will never miss speed tournament.

Even though I'm not sure since I haven't seen any ads or anything yet, but when platforms run tournament series' with pretty high GTD overall, they tend to advertise around the internet, or in the forums or places where they know they can attract poker enthusiasts, so they have probably planned some promotional campaigns that will roll out, their marketing team should know that it's important to give a boost to the series as well as the platform as a whole.

You're right, however, in BSOP, there were more tournaments cumulatively, because I remember playing multiple satellites per day in consecutive hours, which means if I have played one now, I could play another in the next hour. This series will only last a week, so there are fewer tournaments, but it's going to be fun, of course, if there are many participants and tables are full. If there are less players, there will be less opportunities, but it can be more fun with more players.

Are these options only available for the software players ??

Automuck is in the settings. On the PC client it is in the Options menu.

*edit* to show cards you must have automuck turned *off* then you will see an option to show cards on the table.

To access chat, you need to accumulate 50 krill. Krill is the points that determine your player level, each level gives you different rakeback percentage and unlocks some other stuff (access to some satellite tournaments and changing chat colour).

Also, there's that tournament that are only for users with 50 krills and guess how much the entry fee? AFAIK, it's only gonna cost 1 chip and yet, it's like a VIP table with that requirement.

Guess you will have a hard time to find something to play sng with you, not only here on bitcointalk but in general. It is very very rare for sngs to run on SWC, due to the mentioned low volume of players.
By the way, 50 krill really is no obstacle, failry easy to achieve I would say. Sure if you play small it might take a while but not too long. I'm sitting on over 70k krill, but obviously my accounts exists for several years already. Since krill don't have any value though there is no need to chase them.
