My experience with this platform has gone very well since starting. Also, I am glad that OP is still active here on this thread. It is one of the most user-friendly platforms I've seen so far. With them, good luck and further success in the future as well. Keep it up, guys.
Same, don't have much time for poker nowadays, but never had any negative experience at SwC. They're the oldest bitcoin poker site, so good to see they're still around despite some bumps on the way like the Bryan Micon's situation. OP returned after an almost 2 years long absence, so hopefully this is a sign of good things to come.

They're the oldest bitcoin poker site, so good to see they're still around despite some bumps on the way like the Bryan Micon's situation. OP returned after an almost 2 years long absence, so hopefully this is a sign of good things to come. Totally forgot about the Micon case, haha. Yeah they are well established and slowly improve. Some months back they updated so that you can deposit with several altcoins via sideshift, that's a start. Also they got rid of BCH, nobody used it anyway. I still have some bugs now and then at the mac version unfortunately that somehow never get fixed. When I play cash game, after a while I can't see folded hands anymore when I go with the curser over my avatar. When this happens also right click (to get some options) doesn't work anymore. Only way to make it work again is leave the table and rejoin. The statistic field near the chat box on the table also need fixing. Sometimes it counts 0 hands, sometimes just total flops seen but doesn't show hands won on showdown and/or before. n the browser version I also sometimes have the error that it doesn't let me join a table saying "not enough funds" even though I have way more than needed. Hopefully this gets fixed some time soon.

It's true that they have HU sng's but if you find one running then you can consider yourself lucky. SNG's in general are not really popular there, only some people play coin flip HU's from time to time, but obviously that's not poker and just a gamble on 1 hand. Question to SWC, is there a play to change the bad beat jackpot requirements anytime soon? The pot is now 6.3 BTC and hasn't been hit in over 2 years, that's a little bit odd. Min requirement to lose with AAAKK is a tough task and can only be beat by quads or straight flushes.

MARCH MADNESS SERIES RECAPCongratulations to all of the 2023 March Madness Series champions!Thank you to our great players for making this our biggest and best series yet, awarding over 4.3 BTC in prizes! I heard that this site have HU SNG. So is it true and if yes does it have any action in HU SNG?
It's true that they have HU sng's but if you find one running then you can consider yourself lucky. Min requirement to lose with AAAKK is a tough task and can only be beat by quads or straight flushes. There are no plans currently to make adjustments to the jackpot while it is active. Previous changes have taken place as the jackpot re-seeds. We welcome feedback and suggestions from players for any changes they would like to see. Question to SWC, is there a play to change the bad beat jackpot requirements anytime soon? The pot is now 6.3 BTC and hasn't been hit in over 2 years, that's a little bit odd. Jackpot winnings are automatically credited to players when a qualifying hand is completed.

Maybe removing (or reducing) that requirement would help. ps. are the jackpot winnings auto-credited to players' balances or do they have to get in touch and claim it? Yeah that makes it even less likely, even if it's just a little bit. Some people in the swc chat already accused swc of not paying it on purpose saying whenever they choose to close the site it's convenient to take then jackpot with them, 6.4 btc for a site with such a small player base is a good extra. I just checked the payout conditions again and they are also more than ridiculous, that's why I never wasted a minute playing those table. Payouts: "35% to the loser of the hand, with other words to the person with the AAAKK 20% to the winner of the hand 15% shared between all other players dealt into the hand 10% house fee The remainder, the 20%, is used to seed the next jackpot. The initial jackpot was seeded with 100,000 chips. The current jackpot amount is shown at the top of the client, as well as on jackpot tables." So basically only 70% get paid out, swc keeps 10% for no reason and keeps another 20% for the next jackpot. So they ALWAYS keep 30% if the jackpot promo does not stop doesn't make any sense.

Yeah that makes it even less likely, even if it's just a little bit.
Some people in the swc chat already accused swc of not paying it on purpose saying whenever they choose to close the site it's convenient to take then jackpot with them, 6.4 btc for a site with such a small player base is a good extra.
That doesn't make much sense to be honest. They could just discontinue the jackpot offer now, take that BTC6.4 and share that among themselves, without closing the site. At the end of the day it's their bitcoins and they can do whatever they want with them. Same goes for the jackpot distribution model, you may not like it, but that's not your money and not your decision. Jackpot surely has some marketing effect, but it's not like anyone is playing there solely for the purpose of winning it. And if someone was to win it but didn't get paid - we would almost certainly see some shitstorm (scam accusation, negative trust ratings etc), which doesn't seem to be the case. I would agree that it can be seen as a bit misleading, as one could get the impression that you would be paid a full 6.4 if you lose with AAAKK, but I think it's pretty standard to have some more complex distribution structure (i.e. the jackpot pool should never get completely depleted). 10% house fee is definitely bad optics, especially since they could just slightly reduce the amount of rake that goes into the jackpot, effectively taking the house fee automatically. It would indeed be good to have that taken out.

There are special jackpot tables where you pay more rake which goes into the jackpot. On every other table other than these special tables this promotion doesn't count if you lose AAAKK or higher. I know there is always some distribution, that's on any other site as well. But keeping 10% for absolutely no reason and then another 20% for the next jackpot is nonsense. Anyway, it is what it is.
