This poker site is Bitcoin only?
Yes. All deposits, poker play, and withdrawals are delimited in Bitcoin.
In regard to this, I notice that you have an option that allows users to deposit using other cryptocurrencies with the help of a third-party provide

SwC Poker uses Sideshift.ai to do our conversions for other coins to Bitcoin in our deposit screen.

You may be able to get a better rate for these coins somewhere else but they are fast and reliable.

When a player uses this option, whatever coin they send is converted to bitcoin and sent to their deposit address, and the system credits chips after 1 confirmation like normal.

In regard to this, I notice that you have an option that allows users to deposit using other cryptocurrencies with the help of a third-party provider, which I have not officially tested.

I have a question about that: since this poker is a Bitcoin-only poker, are those deposits done through a third party going to automatically be converted to Bitcoin in its equivalent? I know for sure withdrawal will definitely be done through Bitcoin.

Another question and suggestion that I want to ask is, won’t it be nice to also add on the OP that deposit with other currency is available through a payment processor for those who might want to deposit using their assets in other currencies?

Of course those deposits get converted automatically into btc, what do you think? Why else would they offer this? I have used this option in the past, it goes quite fast bC Poker has been ut I must say that the provider (sideshift) they use doesn't have the best conversion rate. I mean it's not bad but it could be better. At least it worked every time I used it, some instant exchange sites these days like to fool around with customers unfortunately.

SwC Poker has been known to be a Bitcoin poker site that integrated SideShift.ai to their website to enable easy convertion of other cryptocurrency to Bitcoin. Since it's a Bitcoin poker site, every other cryptocurrencies have to be converted to Bitcoin to prevent multiple misconception of multiple altcoins usage during late conversion. This is why altcoins are automatically converted to Bitcoin at instant deposit.

Although we have other alternative of SideShift that works on similar pattern but I think the team prefers SideShift because it's more reliable and fast with strong security. It's mostly used by big companies like Trezor, Edge wallet and others.

What a amazing thread for those that have great passion for poker and don't want to miss out on the Bitcointalk poker tournament. I like the idea of creating a thread for poker players to put their skill into play. Your input in the poker tournament is quite applaudable being a good poker fan and also an initiator.

I have also seen similar poker speed games on SwC Poker X handle and it's quite amazing. I think it's never too late for me to improve my skill as the master of cards so I can compete with those of the highest feathers.

Hey what is the minimum deposit of the poker. I was checking but I didn't see that.

In the Bitcoin deposit, it is not said how much BTC deposit the minimum. But the other Currency deposit minimum will be mentioned. That is why, minimum $20 can deposit BTC, because the other currency minimum $20 equivalent deposit.

Warning: Of course you will observe this topic then do the deposit.

For a long time SwC decided not to think about bitcointalk, to forget about it, but many of our current, past, and future players are here with a bitcoin focus in their lives, so we are back to make it great again, and give thanks to users that make sure we have it all in order.

@SwC_Poker, you really need to lower your minimum cashout. It is currently over $55 (500 SWC chips) which is very high and not suitable for low-stake players. Also, since the total prize for each round ofthe  SWC Poker Series is 1000 (SWC chips) that means nobody will be able to cash out their winnings (let's say top place gets 20% = 200 SWC chips) which can be an issue.
If you are making exceptions for players of the  SWC poker series then it is OK but still, I think it is way better to lower the minimum cashout to $10 (max).
Mentioning this to @Royse (although I am sure he will be reading this anyway) as well.

That's truly commendable! Bitcointalk remains the OG forum for crypto enthusiasts, and staying engaged here is a smart and respectful move for any Bitcoin-focused platform - especially a poker site like SwC. This forum continues to attract both seasoned crypto veterans and newcomers looking for guidance, so maintaining a presence here is not just good business, it's the right thing to do.

For a long time SwC decided not to think about bitcointalk, to forget about it, but many of our current, past, and future players are here with a bitcoin focus in their lives, so we are back to make it great again, and give thanks to users that make sure we have it all in order.

Speaking about on a certain place on where crypto originated from then there's no doubt that this place/forum would be the sweetest spot on which simply means that if your business is crypto based then of course you would be that totally considering on running up a marketing into this forum as we do know that when it comes to traffic then this place do have it in comparing into other place.

Somewhat in speaking about other marketing ways then we do know that there are several options to choose on, and as long the budget allocation permits then the more the better.
Now i have observed out that Poker sites are making up some noise now and seeing players are gradually that increasing.

Thank you for your feedback.

The minimum was set when the fee to send Bitcoin was very high and the price was lower. I'm starting an internal discussion to consider lowering it. Note that many of our low limit players opt to transfer chips to each other for smaller cashouts, as there are no minimums on chips transfers, but this requires trust of another player. For signature campaigners and Bitcointalk players that wish to take their winnings from our free tournaments immediately, I will contact Royse to see if he will assist.

The thing is, the min withdrawal basically always was like 500 chips, at least as long as i can remember and I found swc maybe around 2020 or so.
Since the price has risen and the limit never got adjusted of course it's kinda inflated now, to say the least. Still I don't think this limit is too high. I have seen casinos or something that have even higher limits for btc withdrawals, BC for example.

Well, you can never know what amount of money is too high for someone. For example, $10 can be a month worth of salary in some parts of the world while in other parts it's barely enough to buy a cup of coffee. Since the Bitcoin network is not that clogged anymore and the fee is low, I think it would be great if they lower the minimum amount needed to withdraw.

While you are right, different areas have different cost of living. On the other hand, if 10$ is a lot of money for a person maybe he/she shouldn't play poker online against people where it isn't.
Also, the fees don't matter for the min withdrawal amount since the player is covering those withdrawal fees, not the site. I guess you don't know that.

You are right, I didn't know that the player pays the fee when withdrawing. But you are the one who brought it up so I thought that SwC covers the fee. As for the first part of your post, I don't want to get into why someone is playing poker and how much money he/she spends on it. I was just stating the fact that $10 is not worth the same in every part of the world.

If we do speak about withdrawal fees then usually most platforms whether a  gambling site/exchangers then you are the ones will be that needing up to pay for withdrawal fees or simply this one is already that in default. If ever there's some platforms gives out that free withdrawal fee then thats a good perk as a player or user of a site. In regarding about that 10 bucks spending on gambling then its true that it will be that totally different in value on which considering that dollar rate will be that different into every part of the world and plus having that earning capability of a certain person and its condition will be that also different as well.

Good to see that you are paying attention to the genuine suggestions and queries of members here. Transferring chips to others is dangerous and could lead to collusion/multi-accounting accusations. Most sites that allow internal chip transfer consider it as withdrawal anyway which is the right approach IMO.

I thought that SwC covers the fee.
No, you have to pay the transaction fees but it is quite low at the moment.

I like the fact that the SwC Poker team are responsive to the ideas and complaints of their players. This shows that they are ready to work this community to being the best experience for all users. Keeping an eye on this thread shows that they are more concern about the interest of their casino and ready to work with our opinions to make SwC Poker a suitable poker world for all fans and future users.

I also noticed that the withdrawal rate was 500 uBTC and it would be highly appreciated if the team could look into the minimum withdrawal rate so as small players will be able to make withdrawals in small amounts using Bitcoin since SwC Poker is a Bitcoin casino. I love the fact that the team is always available on this forum to give answers to questions and enquiries.
