Here is the krill rewards page:
https://swcpoker.club/posts/crypto-poker-promotions/krill-rewards-programHere are the calculations from the page:
"Each player dealt into a raked hand will receive Krill based on the calculation:
Cash Game Krill: √(rake) * 0.4 / (players dealt in)
Every player in the hand receives an equal amount of Krill, regardless of their contribution to the pot.
Each registered player in a tournament or sit & go will receive Krill based on the calculation:
Tournament Krill: √(entry fee) * 0.4
Krill is awarded to registrants when the tournament begins. Tournaments with no entry fee award no Krill.
Table Starter Bonus
To reward those that help us start and keep cash game tables going, players will receive a 2x Krill bonus for all hands played while 2 or 3-handed at a table with 6 or more seats."
As an example, here is the krill awarded for different tourney buyins:
10 chip, 0.6 chips rake, 0.31 krill
25 chip, 1 chip rake, 0.4 krill
50 chip, 3 chips rake, 0.69 krill
Cash game:
Rake 0.1 chips krill 0.02 (6 players), 0.08 (3 players)
1 chip krill 0.067 (6 players), 0.267 (3 players)
10 chips krill 0.21 (6 players), 0.84 (3 players)
The fastest way to accumulate krill for minimum risk is to play 2 or 3 handed at a table where most hands have a raked small pot - limit games are best for this, especially games like 0.20/0.40 stud (Hi or Hi/Lo) or draw games like badugi/badacey/drawmaha etc.
**edit** looks like the 0.20/0.40 games have been removed, but 0.20/0.40 12-game is still there**
0.25/0.50 PLO8 or 5cardPLO8 is also good if you are playing with a friend and not going crazy. You'll get a krill point roughly every 5-10 raked hands, so 50 krill will take 2-3 hours playing HU and maybe 3-4 hours 3 handed.
I personally like BigO because most ppl are terrible at it so you can win money and make krill. Don't play it if you don't know what you're doing though.

Have fun!
