My deepest appreciation goes to you and the entire management team. I must commend the high level of organization your team has consistently shown. I’m looking forward to the reopening and also anticipating the new features that will be introduced to make the upcoming tournaments even more exciting.

Yeah, we will definitely be kidding at the upcoming tournament series. However, it seems to me that the SW Series have ended very quickly. So there is not much opportunity to play. Anyway it will take approximately 1 month to start the Next Tournament Series.

Yes you are right, we can't always play on the same table. However, I was not very active yesterday. Yesterday I gave time with my family, which is why I could not come with you the table. I think we can't choose the right time, so everyone is unable to play in the same tournament together. Anyway I will be active today, if you are interested in playing with me.

This amount may seem more than many. I will join it because today I earned 129 uBTC by playing Cash Game

But unfortunately, during the break, I had problems with my internet connection, probably due to a power outage. So, I couldn't continue. And after my internet connection returned, it turned out the tournament was over, and I was only in 9th place.

Last night, I was in a pretty good position before the break. I was in second place, if I'm not mistaken. But unfortunately, during the break, I had problems with my internet connection, probably due to a power outage. So, I couldn't continue. And after my internet connection returned, it turned out the tournament was over, and I was only in 9th place. 

Awwwww.. that was close and that internet connection has cut off the momentum that you have. As long as the chips of others aren't out yet, even the first place won't be safe enough. Should you end from 2nd to 5th, there's some rewards. After receiving the campaign reward, I guess everyone has got some chips to play again.

That sucks. I've been in similar situations in the past. In my previous home, I had a poor internet connection and problems with lagging game. It's really painful to have "nuts" (a hand that guarantees a win), a big pot on the table, and just see you getting timed out due to connection issues.

But if you're doing well in a tournament and expect the internet could be gone for longer than a few minutes, it's good to have a backup option, e.g. launch the game on your mobile phone, with your mobile internet.

Good for you that it was a micro freeroll. I remember once (few years back) I was playing on Pokerstars and reached FT (first prize was like $1000) with massive stack. It was around 2 am at my place and my phone just switched off, I did not have any other device back then. I rushed in the street and stopped one person and asked him for his phone (he did not have a smart phone but a simple keypad phone). I called one of my friends (who has no idea about how to play poker lol) and gave him instructions (all the way from downloading and installing lol), I was in call for almost 1 hour (complete madness haha). Still I managed to achieve 2nd place and got around $700. I thanked the stranger (who just stood there the whole time lol) with some $$ next day, it was a happy ending lol.

I was going to say exactly the same thing after reading his comment, it's absolutely very important to have an alternative internet source at all times as long as you are somebody that works online or participate in some activities online which is very important to you, reason being because there are so many times on internet source will fail due to any reason, could be as a result of bad weather or maybe they company is upgrading/updating some things from their end and so on..

I learnt this one time when my ISP announced that they will be carrying out a 6 hours long maintainance to fix some of the issues with the network which they can't fix without shutting down some systems, yeah, It was in the mid night from 12am to 6am in the morning, but thats the very time I usually come online especially on this forum, I missed the ISP's announcement so I could not prepare for an alternative, that day when I woke up in the mid night to come online, I discovered there was no internet service available, I tried all I could but not to no avail, I thought of contacting my ISP's customer care but still, there was no internet to do so, I was so frustrated that night as there was no means of getting an alternative at such on ungodly hour, by the next day, I made provision for an alternative internet source incase such ever happened again.

Or simply run the personal hotspot from your mobile and connect your laptop/pc with that. That's what I do when I have an unstable internet connection and I know that I'm going to play an important game or a tournament where I can't afford to let a bad connection interrupt my games and ruin my hands if I have good ones. I have also experienced this on quite a few occasions in the past, and I have learned from those mistakes/experiences, and that's why I always make sure that my internet connection is working fine before I get started.

The idea of having your account logged in on your mobile phone is a good one as well. I have my SwC account ready to be logged in on my mobile as well, this makes it handy for me to play when I'm not at home. You can't carry your laptop around unless it's absolutely necessary, but you have your mobile at all times. Besides, the layout and gameplay on mobile phone is amazing.

I actually experience this quite often. Power outages often occur where I live during bad weather, which can even cause internet outages. And even my phone can't find a signal. Fortunately, I've never experienced this during crucial moments like serious tournaments.

Unfortunately, I was eliminated first in a bad position even though I had time earlier in second place out of 18 participants but because I played too aggressively, I had to lose. Actually, I wanted to re-enter again but I was doing other work so I couldn't focus. Hopefully, we can meet again another time, friends. Have fun @Gallar @Kaliandra

Fortunately, I've never experienced this during crucial moments like serious tournaments.

Good for you but always keep another connection on standby incase needed. Keep your poker app/program already downloaded and installed in all of your devices, it will save you time in a crucial hand, in case you disconnected from one device. I never buy-in early as well in case I am not able to play that event. You learn from your mistakes, and more from others lol.

Glad to see you guys active on Swc Poker Tournament. Ig I'm missing you guys on other regular poker tournament on the forum. If I remember correctly I started poker on this forum with SWC and now I play regular poker tournaments. Although the roll in isn't free but it's basically free like just wagering requirements. I'm waiting for another big tournament on SWC platform.

Lol you really are lucky fish. Your phone battery's dead and you were still able to place in 2nd . How did you celebrate your winning with that man besides you standing the whole time. You won't get usually this types people. You could have get trouble the way you approached stranger 😂.

I was a lucky fish for sure in that situation lol.
There was no celebration, I just said thanks and took his phone number, the next day I sent some $$$ to him (not much though like $50). I did not pay my friend anything lol. You are right approaching strangers (especially in the night) is dangerous, but I tried and I found the help from the 1st one itself lol.
