What do you mean by Stage 4? Q4?

The project is implementing a phased approach in its development. Meaning, every deliverable of a stage must be completed before moving to the next. There are four stages as per our roadmap.

Back to your question, what I can say is "Everytime is a good time to buy coins". Looking at the total market cap of  cryptocurrencies in a whole, the possibilities making profit as you invest in buying cryptos is high.

That's one way of seeing it  In my opinion, there will be consolidation on the near future among project with the same use cases to drive faster adoption.
