of course that is because if anyone regulates the ICO it is likely that fraud and ICO trash will definitely decrease and there will be many people re-entering. yes, hopefully as soon as possible, the ICO will be regulated

that cant be true, cause ico is crypto, no one regulation of goverment binding in ico or crypto, sistem ico is pure from community, when tou get scam in ico that is risk and you must to accept it, so before invest besmart to know where is legit

there is no need for government regulation. it would be enough to verify the founders of the project and control their spending of raised money.

Considering the high level of scam associated with ICOs presently, many investors are at risk of loosing their investments. Bounty hunters like us are not spared as we may be rendering free services to some scammers and also risking our personal data.

I suppose a regulatory body be set up to audit the ICO process and the  founders, and if anything goes wrong or should the project fail, they will be liable. This will reduce drastically investors risk and also keep scammers away. What do you think?
If ICOS strategies do not change much about the certainty and level of trust with the community. I think investors will be afraid to spend their money on the investment. ICOS and investor protection and people participating in advertising campaigns like us.

The news is everywhere on the high percentage slash in ICO at the Q1 of this year compare to the previous. Not that all the projects are scam but investors had lost confidence in the process due to the large fund loss in previous year. Requlation can be a viable option to revive the process, it might demand much more for interested teams but it restore confidence among investors.

Even though the blockchain technology fights centralization in all aspect i think it is high time we instill some rules in the crypto community because some bad nuts are using this technology for a whole lot of bad actions and absconding with funds of their investors.

We need some sort of regulations in the crypto space as statistics seem to suggest that more ICOs turn out to be scams or poorly developed project.there are no minimum standards. Most teams are just out to raise cash and do not really care about delivering something useful to the community. Regulations will set some minimum standards and there will be less instances for scams

Without a doubt, before investing you should check that it is regulated and the founders have been KYC'd etc.

Time goes on and nothing changes, scammers still deceive investors and those disappointed in the ICO, go to the IEO, which is quite right, soon it will be pointless to save the ICO

indeed today many ICOs are scam and that indeed makes us all feel difficult. because the ICO scam certainly gives a big loss to us all. so indeed ICO really requires rules and is regulated so that scammers are not free to do things we don't want.

ICO activities must be regulated by the state, and this regulation is already a few years late, which has led to large abuses of ICO teams and a generally too high level of fraudulent projects. Only state authorized agencies can effectively combat fraud in this area and protect the rights of investors, as well as participants of ICO bounty campaigns. No self-regulation or social regulation will help here. Too much money is collected here and therefore this activity will always attract the attention of scammers.

regulations cant solve the problems of hacking and frauds  . we can still expect that there are still scam ico's after they become regulated and regulation only kills the real purpose of cryptos ( that is to become anonymous or decentralized )  but i think regulation can help ico's to become more legal and when people see it as a legal or verified company/business , they can be attracted to it easily    .

Yes, I think so too. ICO should be controlled. Because now at the rate of ICO scam, I think that if these are not controlled, then it will be a big loss. Because the ICO will continue to scam investors will lose interest to invest. Because investors will never want to invest if scams are scarcely repeated. In this, the cryptocurrency market will have many adverse effects. Therefore, ICOs will be brought to control as soon as possible. We know that many new coins come in the market through ICO's. But if this ICO makes a scam then new coins will not come in the market. So ICO will have to adjust the system as soon as possible.

Thank you

of course, of course it would be better if an ICO project was arranged by the government where it was created. or maybe ICO can be regulated by strict forum regulations, so that the ICO that runs is really high quality.
I think it is enough that this forum alone regulates the existence of ICO, it does not need to involve any government. if this forum is really set up on the ICO program it will completely delete ico scam. and the application of ICO arrangements is simpler than the arrangement of the government.

Yes, considering that you have done all those criteria's but the problem is how you create a rules that answers the problem of every investors rights. Because many of them have lost there investment capital without justice. The governing bodies should make a policies to runs those scammers and regulate the process of ICO.

The forum never regulate ICO, we just have DT here and they help to tag scam ICOs.
You have no idea how big the ICO market is, not everything are listed in this forum, and the fact that a big percentage is scam, we need the government as they have more power to do it, they can regulate and give sanction to those who violate the law.

I think this regulator should make the big marketing project which requires the developers of ICO. Such projects exist at the moment but now they do not work with new projects because of the refusal of the ICO developers to cooperate. That is, people who base their project initially understand that they will deceive people and do not want unnecessary problems.

Investors have already given the answer to this question, since they choose IEO, then they want their investments to be safe and they are tired of scams, and ICO is one big problem at the moment, few people want such a hassle

If the project fails often investor money is returned. I have seen several ICO projects that return investors' money. But the problem today is scams. They fled with the money of investors. This is difficult to overcome.

of course that is because if the ICO is regulated it will be better and more certain it will also reduce the scam in the ICO world, because there are already enough victims who have lost money because of yesterday there were a lot of garbage ICOs

I think if there are clear rules regarding the circulation of ICO then it can have an influence on the development of the ICO because it might also be able to minimize the circulating scam, because with ICO regulations no one dares to commit such fraud again.
