Bitcoin is also increasing, ETH is rising but not the best rise that we are expecting. Best altcoins so far are BSV and BCH, they rises high, and I also see some btc fork coins following the movement. ETH rise sometimes but cannot rise more than 10%, while other coins rises like over 20%, there's a big difference, maybe ETH is not yet due for some big pumps.

Maybe so. However, everything will depend on Bitcoin's price movement on the market. It's the main trigger of the bull market within the crypto space. Still, the much-awaited upgrade for the Ethereum blockchain, could trigger higher prices for ETH at least in the short term. I believe that there will be many people with FOMO, as Ethereum becomes a PoS cryptocurrency. The more ETH you have, the more stakes you'll be able to earn by just hodling it in your wallet.

It seems to me that now you cannot make 100% of your forecast for the near future of the cryptocurrency market.  We all know how the team develops the platform and what actions for this purpose are carried out.  After the renewal of Constantinople and to St. Petersburg quite a lot has changed for the better.  Although we can observe positive changes in the trend of investors in early 2019, which led to an improvement in the position of ethereum in the cryptocurrency market.  but at what pace development will continue to be very difficult to say.
