its easy to say buy at the dip but it is actually hard to do .  how can one buy if he does not have any cash from his pocket ?  you can say that he can work online to get paid and invest that money in crypto's  . thats what we are doing  . in my case i work on this forum to earn some coins but i didnt trade them for etherium because i will be getting a bitcoin as my salary and we all know that bitcoin is more valueable beause it got a highest value compare to other coins

in few case someone got loss in their trade or holding some altcoin in low price than, and they don't have moey for buy more Ethereum even the price is going down, that's why some reason people don't buy more Ethereum

For me it depends on bitcoin how long ETH will stay on present price. If bitcoin will rise again on 10k I think ETH will rapidly pump up on price and give again to other people who want to earn some ETH.

Exactly. Ethereum is one of the most trusted cryptocurrencies in existence. Due to its active development and commitment to improve Blockchain technology for the better, it's been often compared to Bitcoin in many ways (even if comparing both cryptos are like comparing apples and oranges). Of course, the price per ETH has declined because of BTC's bear market. However, that's bound to change soon, as people demand ETH for smart contracts.

If ETH's long-awaited upgrade starts rolling in, then expect to never see current prices again. This is the perfect opportunity to get into ETH before it becomes PoS. Because once the transition from PoW to PoS is done, there will be FOMO across the whole crypto market causing an upsurge in ETH's price.

Nonetheless, there's no doubt that Ethereum will rise again. However, it's only a matter of time when will that happen. Just my thoughts

I agree with you the ethereum community are stillfor the ethereum to support it because I see on them are determination to pump their favorite coin and not because they are favorite because it is potential coin in all coin and probably it is good for the ethereum coin to increase the value and back again to the price which is  more than thousands of dollars

A small increase of price and then people starts speculating, it showed how big the support of ETH in this community.
I haven't seen this kind of enthusiasm when XRP was pumping, people still appreciate ETH even other coins are pumping in the market, hence, it gain
my trust and support, I'll continue to backed it even if it will again go down in value.
