I am 100% certain that people who win big could withdraw from here, that is not the issue. I am sure that if there is nothing wrong, then you could gamble, win, and withdraw and all of that will happen without a problem. Couldn’t call them simple technical errors?

Every site has their own time frame to resolving issue and if the problem need to be investigated the team will take longer time than it expected to reply back as the reply will probably come along with the site decision on the issue.
