I will advise you not to over worried yourself about the posts and articles about how bitcoin is going to died and all of those many stuffs.  Cryptocurrencies and bitcoin is not going to die and most of those post are been made in other to create panic and fear in the market.  Investors and markets manipulators sponsored those posts and articles in our to make the weak hands selling their holding out of panic why the big investors and market manipulations buy them at cheap price to sell back again to newbies.
Bitcoin is going to forever be with us no matter what happened and that is while we should ignore such post.

I've been in this world for 4+ years, and for the duration of that time someone on this forum (so presumably pro bitcoin) and someone who's not into bitcoin has been screaming "it's over!" It's been more than one person, there's always been people predicting the end. Yet...we're still here...with higher lows than we had last year.

What have I learned from this? Make my own decisions, take my destiny into my own hand, and don't overextend myself.

It is correct just for nowadays. If the crypto currency market will survive, there would be other currencies which would be independent from bitcoin in not far future. Just because they would have other functions then bitcoin: easier and faster to pay, making easier the crowdfunding etc. All crypto market nowadays is small, that's why it needs bitcoin to be it's base, but with growth some altcoins would become more important.

I stopped counting long time ago. It's like some kind of ritual, every time when Bitcoin price is dropping people start to write that Bitcoin is going to die. I'm using Bitcoin for a long time now and such annoucements have no relevance for me at all. Bitcoin is now 10 years old and in that long years, it survived and lived withstanding a lot of forks, scams, well one hack but quickly solved and a lot of posts about it dying, we can say that it is the strongest.

It absolutely a lot of times and in front of those downfalls it made us more stronger and even get known globally. We took those things as a challenge, some individuals won't survive but many were accepting such challenge.
Crypto won't die easily as the others think, we experience one year in downfalls but still we survive and this year might be a good day's for crypto.

Yeah both of them are connected to each other and bitcoin will be there as long as the blockchain is a part of our life. It is hard and almost impossible to remove or to replace blockchain from our life as we know that it is making our life so good and reliable. Same here, it's strange how a great number of people out there wants bitcoin to die and as a result keep peddling falsehood which can hinder growth and mass adoption of bitcoin. From my experience I reckon  I have heard and read it about 70 to 100 times.
