The price is stable and I doubt it ever goes back under 1000. If you need the money so bad, just sell all your FLT if your that impatient. Agreed, in my opinion, pumps and dumps are gone now, smaller ones will sometimes happen, but we're far to reach 2500~3000 again, for that, you'll have to wait some months   Fluttercoin had a good pump, some coins just die after the pump part (like Auroracoin), some survive like BC, DOGE or even FLT.
If you bought at 2500, well, just wait some months if you don't really need this money
