Jonny Bairstow got out after a quickfire of 38 runs but before that SRH captain David Warner gets run-out. Kane Williamson right on the pitch and keeps moving his team with a good rhythm. Sunrisers Hyderabad needs a good partnership in order to maintain run rate and win the match.

SRH 96/3 after 13 overs.

SRH 96/3 after 13 overs.

As long as Williamson is there, SRH will be having some hope. I just hope that Kedar Jadhav doesn't run him out (they seems to be lacking coordination in running between the wickets). The target is very much achievable for SRH (they need another 56 runs from 6 overs), but the biggest issue is that out of these six overs, two will be bowled by Kagiso Rabada (I guess Avesh Khan and Amit Mishra will bowl two each). Also, the remaining batsmen are not in good form.

Edit: Kedar Jadhav got out for 9. Stumped by Pant.

After a long watched a super super over, because each and every ball is exiting. During the batting of Sunrisers Hyderabad there is no big excitement. Looking upon the score I thought Delhi Capitals will reach it easier. Each and every ball had some expectation. A four played in a much controlled manner by Rishabh Pant is the winning shot.

The excitement is alive till the last ball because during the fifth ball a leg bye run leveled the score. SRH went for a lbw appeal. Same is with the last ball, leg bye run and SRH went for appeal, if it was a wicket SRH wins. So, till the last moment it was enjoyable.

It was a good match and SRH could have won the match but what i did not understand is that they did not send Jonny Bairstow to open the innings in the super over who is one of the best explosive striker in world cricket and even today he was striking at a good rate in this IPL and if he was taking on the opposition in the super over i think they could have won the match and another disappointing performance by the middle order for SRH.

Warner and Williamson came out to bat in the super over and both are explosive players but Jonny Bairstow would have been a good choice as he is a much clean striker and Warner is not in good touch like he used to play in the past. Rashid Khan bowled the super over and even he could not take the team as the last two balls were leg bye.

Jonny Bairstow had the best strike rate among these three players, so I agree. Either they could have gone with Warner and Bairstow, with Williamson at no.3, or Williamson and Bairstow, with Warner at no.3. Warner made just 1 run from the first two balls, while Williamson also conceded a dot ball. One additional run could have made the difference. Rashid Khan tried hard, but this time luck was not on his side.

The last over of the match turned so expensive for Royal Challengers Bangalore. End of 19th over CSK has scored 154 runs. RCB might've expected a score around 165-170 runs, because Harsh Patel have bowled well in the first three overs giving 14 runs taking 4 important wickets. The last over took the score above 190. This itself a pressure for RCB. Jadeja made a fantabulous cricket.

I think that one last over cost RCB more than the whole innings of CSK. 160-170 was a moderate score on that pitch but Sir Jadeja took the momentum from RCB, even Devdutt was not able to play his game and was hitting off shots. Also the strong middle order of the RCB couldnt connect, the strength of RCB was its batsmen, they failed and team lost their first match this season.

Quite a few players have decided to leave the IPL, for various reasons. The first was Andrew Tye from the Rajasthan Royals. He was worried about the worsening CoVID 19 situation in India and left the biosecure bubble to be with his family in Australia. Adam Zampa and Kane Richardson of the Royal Challengers Bangalore have also decided to leave the tournament and return to Australia. And finally Ravichandran Ashwin of Delhi Capitals has decided to leave the bubble to be with his family in Chennai. Some of his family members are rumored to be infected with the virus.

The situation in India is getting worse than any other country. The major reason for such a worst situation is the ruling government. It didn't took it seriously. If the government had taken serious measures now the required infrastructure might've got developed. No preplan and day by day situation is going worse. Maybe taking into consideration all these things these players might've decided to leave. If one of the player gets affected then entire IPL gets postponed... Hahaha Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I believe we cannot have any second thoughts on all of these players' opinion; I just respect their privacy and preferences. It is definitely a critical situation in India and it is up to individuals' preference whether to continue staying in India (or playing IPL) or not.

I had read some players already got infected but recovered and currently playing matches in current IPL tournament but that is a different case and we cannot have any scenario out of that.

I got some idea through media news, some already took action against the ongoing IPL. Boycott reporting any IPL related news on their media as a protest on the severe Covid condition in India. This is a franchises Cricket Tournament, so game must going on as it's billion dollar business. India are passing a critical situation however each and everyone have some explanation in the interest of proceeding or not.

What i find is that the teams that make use of their resources performs the best, KKR has some good players but they fail to send good players up the order and so is the case with SRH as they have some good players and even in the super over they failed to take the opportunity and with the best T20 bowler in their side they failed to win the Super over which is disappointing.

The Indian government has imposed lockdown in several states. The condition of Delhi is very bad due to a lack of oxygen. Many people are not getting out of the house. We can't call it bad if people are entertained by watching IPL. Maybe the situation in India is very bad. But if you sit at home all day without any healthy entertainment, people can have various mental problems. And besides, IPL is a billion-dollar business. BCCI will not close it at this time.

I have seen reports that Ravichandran Ashwin withdrew from the IPL to protect his family against the rising case of Covid in India but i have not heard about any other players withdrawing from the situation. I do understand that the situation is really worse in India and i am surprised that the players from England and other countries are willing to continue in a volatile situation.

A few Australian players have left India on "personal reasons" but I think it has something to do with the rising cases of COVID in India. I am honestly not sure how him withdrawing from IPL will protect the family. I'm sure players are under strict conditions and being monitored. The only reason I can think of is his wife (And kids) are with him in the Bio-Bubble and are uncomfortable to stay in the Bubble and he had to choose to either come out of the bubble with the family or stay and he chose to get out.

The mental pressure to sit in a bubble if he is with kids and wife when the situation outside is horrifying where people are dying left and right, you cannot blame him or anyone else who withdraw from the IPL.

Only if they are able to win two matches in a row we could see any meaning in having a hope that they would even challenge for the final four.

My final four would be RCB, CSK, Mumbai and the rest of the teams will battle for the fourth spot  Grin.

Nithish Rana showing the intention but failures from the other side put extra pressure on him so even after small starts he got out to the bad shots so Gill should be replace, even Sunil Nairne can be a better choice for them because he got the striking ability so even if he is going to out he won't eat too much of balls like what they did in today match.
In my opinion, Sunil Nairne won't be a good choice as a top order batsman. He is in the team as an all-rounder player. Though he bowled well but his batting performance was extremely bad in all three matches. Most of the batsman of KKR couldn't show the performance yet which was expected from them. The situation is fully complicated there for team KKR. Top order batsman should play with more responsibility. By the way, KKR got a victory today against Punjab.

Sunil Narine had a good run in the past when he was opening the innings and was an useful top order batsman for a brief period but since every team learns about the opponents weakness and if they did not change and rectify their weakness then the bowlers will exploit those weakness and so is the reason he is not able to score runs like he used to in the past.

They need to experiment with Pat Cummins by moving him up the order because he is a clean striker of the ball and he is playing well in this IPL even with the bat and instead of sending Sunil Narine they need to send Andre Russell up the order as well.
