If the pitch was so bowling friendly, how come two Indian batsmen Yadav and Rahul make half centuries? The pitch was no doubt not heaven for batsmen, but still, it was a playable pitch if players decided to bat sensibly on the pitch. Indian batsmen showed their class and experience in this match.

The fact that KL Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav managed to hit half centuries doesn't take away the fact that the pitch was very supportive for the fast bowlers. Indian pacers (especially Deepak Chahar, Arshdeep Singh and Harshal Patel) managed to make use of the uneven bounce in the pitch, while the South African opening bowlers (Kagiso Rabada and Wayne Parnell) also made use of the conditions. Also remember that we cannot say that due to the pitch Indian bowlers got wickets, bowlers needed to bowl according to line and length in order to get wickets and Indians bowled intelligently.

It can still be good for India as he did not have much match practice recently. He only played in the two T20 matches against Australia and his bowling was not up to the mark. He took only 1 wicket in the two matches he played. Better he should rest and come back to international cricket once his back pain is fully recovered.

I don't know how the Indian team will fill this gap. We have seen Indian bowlers perform poorly in the previous series. Indian bowlers performed well in the first match against South Africa. Maybe there is some kind of politics, but I don't think India cricket board does it when the team for the T20 World Cup is under hard preperation. Maybe this is good for India, because over the matches he isn't doing good. One of the best player according to me, Thangarasu Natarajan hasn't been taken into the team. Maybe this can get him an opportunity to play in the T20 World Cup.

It seems like the team doesn't want to end up more players getting injured. Maybe thats the reason why Siraj is given opportunity for the last two T20's. Based on the performance after few months of gap might get him shortlisted for the World Cup squad in the place of Bumrah.

Not a big fan of Siraj. IMO, he benefitted immensely from the fact that he is playing for the RCB, at least during the starting years. Siraj has been given a lot of opportunities so far, and he hasn't made use of them in an effective way. I would rather prefer someone like Thangarasu Natarajan, who has an excellent record in Australia (where the T20 world cup is being played). There are a few other options as well, such as Mohsin Khan, Mukesh Choudhary and Kuldip Yadav (not talking about Kuldeep Yadav). And I wouldn't prefer Khaleel, Umran or Avesh, since they have received enough chances till now.
