Ive never bought any coins before and am considering opening an account while the coins are low

How would you invest $1000 - 2000

Thanks
As a beginner you must study first the market and look for the coin that can help you to earn profit, well it depends on you but for me bitcoin is the coin that can help you as a beginner. During this time that bitcoins price isn't rising you can take this opportunity to invest and choose what kind of investment its either long term or short term investment.

I would invest half of that money to bitcoin then the other half to litecoin, eth, exrn and xrp. For the latter coins, it doesn't matter how you allot your investment since all of them (except exrn) are pretty decent projects which have been in this space for a long time.

As most of the people think the same for the start its better work with BTC. I also start trading buy buying BTC and ETH then more you learn you can easily decide to exchange your BTC or ETH other coins. What i can suggest more learn more about crypto wallets before you buy anything specially "how you will secure your funds".

I don’t think that there is a sense of separation in this way, so it seems to me that there are real opportunities for investing only in BTC, so I believe that cryptovalues in general should definitely improve the situation of your deposit and not only the beginner.

It seems to me that a beginner needs to study a bit the cryptocurrency market and its laws before investing.
Focusing on the market you can already understand for yourself what coins it is worth investing and what not.
Of course for me now the best coin for investing is Ethereum.
I would advise newcomers to invest in it, since this coin has the prospect and is able to survive in the difficult conditions of the cryptocurrency market.

For a beginner, I recommend investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum. Because these two coins are coins that become a benchmark in Cryptocurrency. Especially Bitcoin, Bitcoin is the first coin that exists. Coins that are the mecca of all coins currently available, all coins are affected by this Bitcoin. So Ethereum is perfect for a beginner.

How would you invest $1000 - 2000

You can't really invest all that without the working knowledge of cryptocurrency market and trading dear because you might likely loose money. This was the same mistake people made in 2017, investment in ethereum and altcoins regardless of their volatile nature. They all lost money and are now crying fowl.

Crypto is an emerging market and thus volatile. Kindly learn its tenets before making investments. Thank you

Yes, as recommended by friends, investing in bitcoin and ethereum, bitcoin can avoid huge losses and I think that bitcoin will increase and have undoubted advantages. Likewise with ethereum, although it is currently experiencing a decline it will soon improve and improve, with a strong community and still a useful platform.

Considering your lack of experience in investing in cryptocurrencies and lack of knowledge of the basics of trading, I would not advise investing in any altcoins. It is better to just buy Bitcoin, because it is a much more reliable investment than any other cryptocurrency. Later you can spend your free time tol improve your knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and when you'l fell that you are ready, you can always exchange your Bitcoin to any altcoin.

I think for a beginner it is better to start investing with a fairly stable coin, there you will invest and find a little more knowledge about investing in a cryptocurrency which you can later experience to start investing in other coin coins when you understand how to do it.

To invest in a new coin is very difficult due to the raises cases of scam project all around, but if you must go for a new coin then you have to carry out some deep research about the project to see if it meet the requirements to succeed in the market and having a working product. And the only coin I will advice you take a look at is mv8 coin which is still at it ICO stage to end in march.

For a beginner leave most of it in bitcoin and ethereum. Use a small portion to trade in dogecoin, you won't earn or lose much, but you can at least learn how to use exchanges and trade crypto with it

Yes, the mentioned coin might be in crypto market for awhile but if i were you i will never encourage newbie to invest in centralized coin cause it never a good alternative for every cryptocurrency traders not to mention beginner who's yet to understand the market strategy. I will advice OP to invest in Bitcoin while make research and studying how to make a successful trade in crypto.

For that low amount it will be best to choose Ethereum for me.
It is cheap by now. You cannot go for bitcoin at the amount and while you are in a hurry.
Ethereum have better chances to increase since it went to a dump for a larger percentage.
I mean, the percentage for it to go up is a lot higher than any other token.

You dont want to risk it with an ICO token. The market now is not that good so better go for the older one and with most trust.

At the moment, of course I would take the fundamental of coins , tron eos eth neo btc would take around 300$ in fact if your Deposit is 2000 and you are following the dips in the market would still buy more

Bitcoin have the very big influence inside this market, I do see that in the future it will bounce much higher so if you are thinking for betterment of your
future you don't need to check everything but to focus with bitcoin and make a good opportunities to change your life after the next bull run, you have
your own position and you have the proper resources to learn more about this business.

I suggest that beginners invest only in the top five coins in a coinmarket, because in my opinion the top five coins have little risk for beginners to gain experience.
before starting to invest understand and understand all the risks that you will get in investing with crypto currencies your belief is needed as the main capital to learn and understand coins that are in the top five and start investing if you understand the movements
