You're right, now a bounty campaign cannot guarantee you to make money and only a campaign that pays BTC that guarantees it and even then it is only limited to signature campaigns.

That is why they really strict about rules. Of course it is actually worth the reward in BTC because people who get accepted usually really filtered and make good thing or maybe not spam the forum.
