Another option is buying top altcoins at cheap price, like today we have seen most of altcoins fell due to bitcoin rises. Then holding top altcoins and take profits later to get bitcoin. Both those two options aim at accumulate as many bitcoin as possible and waiting to take profits at highs. Personally, I bought cheap altcoins around a half of hour ago, and will hold them all till I have chance to take profits.
