However, you wrote it likely is random rain drops, so we should not expect too much with rain drop randomization, even there are actually algorithm use to make it. And, the team will never disclose such algorithm they used on their site for you, believe me. You should just consider it as small gift from Windice site when you have funny chat (not spam).

Yes it is a random distribution for the winners that has been chosen by the system bot. I'm recommending to become active most of the time because those people that received the rain, I've observed are mostly active in the chat box all of the time.

I like the response of everyone there when you're trying to greet somebody over the chat. It may not give you an assurance to be included for the next rain but it will give you a higher chance.

That shows that,  you haven't spent some of your quality time in the chat. I mean try to spend at least some of your precious time and you really gonna entertain by various trivia questions by our different mods.
Yeah Ganghung's trivias are always unique but have you checked also the other mod's trivia question?
I gurantee you more than 80% of the questions asked in the trivia's answers are hard to find on google which make the game more competitive and enjoyable though the answers were silly.

Thats how you know a genuine gambling site which are committed and love what they are doing. The jackpot actually only 0.005 btc indeed not huge amount but i agreed with you this guy was so lucky from his initial bet 0.001 btc and get 0.005 btc from jackpot prize and i just look into his statistics that he has over than 600 btc wagered so no wonder for me if he can get 10 btc profit because possibly he putting huge bitcoin on his bets
