I tried to withdraw my funds yesterday and still the status shows that it has been hold. I am not sure why it is not transacted yet and fees side also I didn’t modify anything.

This indeed is very suspicious, but given their reputation though I do not think they will allow for this to go unsolved. Probably, they're looking into it and they're taking a bit longer to ensure they come back to you with a satisfactory solution. I hope this gets sorted out soon. It would be nice to let the community know of this outcome.

I experienced this withdrawal issue last time I withdraw my signature payment but I'm not open a ticket and wait for several hours and when checking my withdrawal status its already sent, maybe this happen because of bitcoin transaction delay.

As a signature payment, it was expecting a delay because that is manually checking under your account and for possible abuse happen.
Not just by a transaction of bitcoin, the Windice.io team ensure the activity under your account, it should don't have abusement. It's okay to wait under 24 hours they had a right to check in every transaction for the sake of their company.

I think because of the red trust which given by yahoo (you and other people can see it as well). You have cheated windice signature campaign by enrolled your alt account to join in same campaign while it's againts with windice signaturw campaign rules. So with that, all of your signature campaign earnings should be blocked.

There's probably something wrong that the technical team has found with your account. They have reached and viewed your account so I don't think that they haven't checked your issue.

Maybe there's a relation with the trust feedback that our manager has given to you?

It is a must as cash out during the game is the main missing feature of general crash game. As what I said previously, the crash game here is just the same as the dice game with different animation. Adding multiplayer option like other real crash game will be good. To be honest, I cant say the crash game at windice is a crash game because of the main missing feature (manual cash out before crashed). It is just like the limbo game at Stake.

Thanks for the clarification. The area where I'm lost is that I was expecting the game features to be just like the dice game where players can select/predict the game range(low/high) but the game is lovely and its fun watching one's fund increase just by a single click

You will get nothing if you cashed out after crash happened. You need to cashed out before it crash (for better experience and understand, why don't you try it for some bets?)

9900x games are not that rare. Chances to win are 0.1%, so statistically every 1000th game wins. Look at the site how many games are played per day, such a high payout happens regularly at windice.
